Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Sustainable Energy Council
- Material handling at the George R. Brown Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the George R. Brown Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the George R. Brown Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Exhibition space: Quoted through the exhibitor enquiry form; no public 2027 rate
- Drayage: About $95 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–2027 GRB planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-August 2027
- Spring 2027: Exhibitor enquiry to the organizer; stand size and position confirmed.
- Mid-August 2027: Design sign-off; equipment weights and power needs locked.
- September 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days.
- Early October 2027: Booth and crates ship to the contractor's warehouse; filming requests filed two weeks out.
- Days before October 26, 2027: Move-in at the George R. Brown; our project manager builds and tests before opening.
- October 26–27, 2027: Two show days, then dismantle and freight home or to the next energy show.

Checklist
- Send the exhibitor enquiry and confirm stand size and position
- Decide whether the booth speaks to hydrogen, CCUS or both
- List equipment with weights, dimensions and power needs
- Pre-book executive meetings for October 26 and 27
- Submit any filming or recording plan two weeks before the event
- Register staff in advance; badges are non-transferable and need photo ID
- Book rooms at the Hilton Americas-Houston or Marriott Marquis
