Hydrogen Americas is the Americas edition of the World Hydrogen Series run by the Sustainable Energy Council, now part of RX, and it is a deal-making summit with an exhibition attached rather than a hardware show.Its 2026 speakers came from Petrobras, the Port of Houston, the Port of Corpus Christi and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, and the organizer reports that 40% of attendees are C-suite. Hydrogen Americas rules that shape your booth
Only pre-registered badge holders who are professional or business visitors and exhibitors may attend, badges are non-transferable and photo ID is required (admissions policy). We register your installers and staff well ahead.
No photography or recording without the organizer's prior written permission, and filming plans must be submitted in writing at least two weeks before the event (admissions policy). We file the request with your stand plans.
The admissions policy bans canvassing, leafleting and demonstrations, and the organizer may remove anyone breaching it. We design the stand front to pull visitors in, so promotion happens inside your space.
No one under 18 may attend without the organizer's prior written approval, and security may include bag checks and scanners (admissions and safety pages). We plan staffing and deliveries around those checks.

Logistics for Hydrogen Americas 2027, handled
Hydrogen Americas fills part of the GRB, the two-level convention center on Avenida de las Americas, and the organizer sends drivers to the Avenida North and Tundra garages and taxis to the Hall B and Hall E curbs. Under Texas law your own employees can put up the stand themselves, yet every crate travels from the dock to the floor with the show's exclusive contractor. No tunnel links the building to downtown, so we address freight to the dock rather than a hotel. A Purple project manager and vetted Houston labor handle the install, and staff can sleep at the Hilton Americas-Houston across the skywalk.
