Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Aesthetic Congress Communications
- Material handling at the Hilton Anatole Dallas, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ICES
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ICES venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, Dallas 2027: $4,200 per 10×10 after August 9, 2026 ($3,600 before)
- Payment terms: 50% with application; balance due February 11, 2027
- Cancellation: 25% retained 60+ days out; no refund within 60 days
Key dates
- Final 50% booth payment for ICES Dallas: February 11, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: January 2027
- Now to February 11, 2027: Booth contracted with a 50% deposit; the final 50% is due February 11, 2027, 60 days before Dallas opens.
- January 2027: Design sign-off on graphics, shelving, demo bed and lighting within the 8-foot and 4-foot limits.
- February to March 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days; booth packed in road cases for four cities.
- March 2027: Insurance certificate naming management filed at least 30 days before the show; freight booked with the official contractor.
- Before April 11, 2027: Booth set at the Hilton Anatole in the installation window in the exhibitor service manual.
- August to October 2027: The same booth tours to Long Beach (Aug 22–23), Philadelphia (Sept 19–20) and Fort Lauderdale (Oct 16–17).

Checklist
- Send booth numbers for each ICES city you contracted
- Pay the final 50% for Dallas by February 11, 2027
- Choose demo services and the products you will sell at show prices
- Approve graphics that keep side walls under 4 feet in the front half
- File the insurance certificate 30 days before each show
- Decide whether to book an exhibitor classroom
- Plan freight between Dallas, Long Beach, Philadelphia and Fort Lauderdale
