What makes ICES different, and how we build for it
ICES, The International Congress of Esthetics and Spa, is a B2B show for skin care and spa professionals run by Aesthetic Congress Communications with Les Nouvelles Esthetiques, and it travels: Dallas in April, Long Beach in August, Philadelphia in September and Fort Lauderdale in October 2027. Each stop pairs a floor of 100+ brands with conferences on business, marketing, retail, social media and wellness, plus product-focused classes run by exhibitors in contracted classrooms. Visitors are working pros, 43% of them solo estheticians, per ICES, and they come to buy: show specials and live floor demos are part of the format. Every booth is a 10×10 with an 8-foot backwall, so the winning booth is the one that demonstrates a treatment and rings up the sale in that space.
They buy backbar and retail product for their own rooms, compare show specials across booths and want to see a treatment before they stock it.
Clinical teams look for peels, devices and post-procedure care with protocols and education they can take back to the practice.
Specialists shop supplies and tools by the case, watch technique demos and sign up for product classes on the spot.
Your team in Dallas
From our two shops to the ICES floor
For ICES, we build in our own shop in Fishkill, NY, and at our Las Vegas hub, ship to the Hilton Anatole Dallas, and put our own project manager on the floor with vetted local labor for the install. A predictable 30–45-day turnaround, secure storage and a pre-show QA before ICES.
Your team arrives at ICES to a lit, stocked booth. You just show up.
Inside ICES 2027
ICES rules that shape your booth
No display or its contents may exceed 8 feet, and side walls may not rise above 4 feet within the half of the booth nearest the aisle. We keep counters and shelves low at the front and put height on the backwall.
Distribution of advertising and solicitation of any kind is restricted to the exhibitor's booth, and the booth must stay open and staffed during show hours. We give you a checkout counter and stock storage inside the 10×10.
ICES management may prohibit or expel any exhibit out of keeping with the show, including its sound level and products. We plan demos with quiet devices and headsets rather than speakers.
Exhibitors carry worker's compensation and general liability and supply a certificate naming management as additional insured at least 30 days before the show. We add the date to the production schedule for each city.
Nothing may be posted, tacked, nailed or screwed to columns, walls or floors, and staining fluids must not touch floor coverings. We bring freestanding fixtures and mats under any product used for demos.
Programs worth planning for
Conference sessions on business, marketing, retail, social media and wellness run at each ICES stop beside the show floor, per the 2027 exhibitor kit.
Exhibitors can contract a classroom through the ICES classroom contract and teach product-focused classes to attendees during the show.
ICES publishes a show specials page of exclusive, show-only deals from exhibitors before each stop, which brings buyers to booths ready to purchase.
Esthetics students and teachers attend at a discount, so schools and future buyers are part of the ICES audience in every city.
ICES is a touring esthetics show of 10×10 booths in four cities; choose it over Premiere Orlando when you sell skincare and spa products to estheticians rather than hair and nail products to salon owners. Every fashion and beauty show we build for, side by side →

Popular booth sizes at ICES
Every ICES booth is a 10×10 with an 8-foot backwall, 3-foot side drape, carpet, sign, two chairs and a 6-foot draped table; the Dallas contract has lines for more than one booth number. We dress the package with graphics, shelving and lighting, and on a pair or triple of booths we build one continuous backwall that stays under 8 feet.

Two adjacent ICES booths: a facial demo bed on one side and a shelf of retail and backbar product with a checkout counter on the other.

Case study · French Avenue
French Avenue at a fragrance and beauty trade show
A premium fragrance environment built around discovery, with a flow designed for real conversations and product sampling.
French Avenue's environment was built for discovery and sampling; an ICES booth needs the same flow at 10×10 scale, where an esthetician tries the product before buying it.

04 Designing for professional skincare, spa, waxing, lash and esthetic device brands at ICES
Four things we get right for ICES exhibitors
1Eight feet, and 4-foot sides
ICES rules cap any display at 8 feet and side walls at 4 feet in the half of the booth nearest the aisle, so neighbors stay visible. We put height on the backwall with a lit header and keep shelving low at the front.
2Demo bed, then the register
With 43% of visitors working as solo estheticians, per ICES, people buy after watching a result. We set a compact treatment bed and stool at the back, a product shelf on one side and a checkout counter at the aisle, so the demo turns into a sale.
3Cover every raw edge
The ICES contract requires raw wood, cardboard or similar wing material visible from neighboring booths to be covered or painted. We finish both sides of every panel in your brand color, so the back of the booth looks as good as the front.
4Built to tour four cities
ICES runs Dallas, Long Beach, Philadelphia and Fort Lauderdale in 2027, all with 10×10 booths. We build one light kit in road cases that a single person can rebuild in each hall, with graphics swapped for regional show specials.
Floor at a glance
Where you could be at ICES 2027
The Dallas 2027 floor plan in the ICES exhibitor kit shows one hall of 10×10 rows at the Hilton Anatole, entered from the hotel lobby. Here is how it shapes a booth.
Show entrances off the lobby
Three show entrances line the lobby side of the hall; booths in the 100 to 300 rows sit closest to them on the 2027 plan.
Our advice Front rows see the first rush on Sunday morning; we put the demo bed where people entering can see it from the door.
Booth blocks of two and three
The 2027 plan groups numbers in pairs and triples (for example 314, 316, 318), back to back across the hall.
Our advice A brand taking a pair or triple gets one long frontage; we design a continuous backwall so the run reads as one booth.
Perimeter booths
Single booths run along the outer walls and the angled northwest edge of the hall on the 2027 plan.
Our advice Wall booths have no back neighbor; we use the full 8 feet for a lit product wall facing the aisle.

Logistics for ICES 2027, handled

We ship a light, crated graphics and fixture kit from our Fishkill, NY shop or Las Vegas hub, handle the manual's forms and insurance certificate, and our project manager can run setup in each city.

ICES exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before ICES
When is ICES Dallas 2027?
ICES Dallas runs Sunday and Monday, April 11–12, 2027 at the Hilton Anatole Dallas. The floor is open 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, per the organizer.
What are the other ICES shows in 2027?
Long Beach on August 22–23 at the Long Beach Convention Center, Halls A and B; Philadelphia on September 19–20 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Hall F; and Fort Lauderdale on October 16–17 at the Broward County Convention Center, Hall B, per skincareshows.com.
How much does a booth at ICES cost?
For Dallas 2027 a 10×10 booth was $3,600 with contract and deposit by August 9, 2026 and is $4,200 after. A 50% deposit goes with the application and the balance is due February 11, 2027. Graphics and shelving from us for one 10×10 are a fraction of a custom island.
What comes with an ICES booth?
An 8-foot backwall, 3-foot side-draped walls, carpet, a booth identification sign, two chairs, a 6-foot draped table, a wastebasket and security, plus free listings in the digital show program, on the congress website and in the show directory.
How tall can our ICES booth be?
The cap is 8 feet for any display and its contents, and side walls may not be higher than 4 feet in the half of the booth nearest the aisle, under the ICES exhibit contract. Larger self-built displays must not block views of neighboring booths.
Can we sell products at ICES?
Selling is part of the format: ICES promotes exclusive show-only specials on a dedicated show specials page and live demos on the floor. All advertising and solicitation must stay inside your booth, and the booth must be open and staffed during show hours.
Who attends ICES?
Skin care and spa professionals: 43% solo estheticians, 19% med spa, derm, plastic and cosmetic technicians, 17% massage, body and wax technicians, 11% lash, brow and PMU technicians and 10% day spa and wellness, per the ICES exhibitor kit. Students and teachers receive a discount.
Who exhibits at ICES?
100+ professional skincare, spa, wax, lash and device brands at each stop, per ICES. The Dallas list included Eminence Organic Skin Care, Circadia, GlyMed Plus, Candela, Italwax and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Who organizes ICES?
Aesthetic Congress Communications, Inc., of Coral Gables, Florida, which manages The International Congress of Esthetics and Spa with Les Nouvelles Esthetiques (LNE). Exhibitor contracts are returned to its Coral Gables office.
Can exhibitors teach classes at ICES?
ICES sells classroom space through a separate classroom contract in its exhibitor kit, and exhibitors run product-focused classes beside the conference program on business, marketing, retail, social media and wellness.
What is the ICES cancellation policy?
If you cancel in writing at least 60 days before the first show day, management keeps 25% of the total rental and refunds the rest; there is no refund within 60 days of opening, under the Dallas 2027 contract.
What insurance does ICES require?
Worker's compensation and comprehensive general liability, with a certificate naming management as additional insured supplied at least 30 days before the show, under the exhibit contract. Limits are set by management in the exhibitor service manual.
Is ICES worth exhibiting at?
For professional skincare and spa brands that sell direct to estheticians, it is four regional buying floors a year with the same 10×10 format, so one booth kit and one price structure cover Texas, California, the Northeast and Florida.
Can one booth do all four ICES cities?
That is how we build it. A graphics, shelving and lighting kit sized to the ICES package, in road cases and under the 8-foot limit, travels from Dallas to Long Beach, Philadelphia and Fort Lauderdale, and we store it between stops and refresh graphics for each region's specials.
Before you sign for ICES
Five questions to ask any exhibit builder for ICES:
- Is every fee on the proposal, including what the show contractor bills?
- Who actually builds it for ICES: your shop or a subcontractor?
- Will your project manager be on the floor at the Hilton Anatole Dallas for install and dismantle?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what does ICES bill?
- Once ICES closes, where does the booth go and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh its graphics, repair what is worn, ship and install it for ICES, and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to ICES.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground in Dallas: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? In two to three weeks, a rental with your graphics can be ready for Dallas. We tell you on the first call what is realistic before ICES.
