Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to IEEE Industry Applications Society Electrical Safety Committee)
- Material handling at the Peppermill Resort, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Peppermill Resort requires
Published rates:
- Booth, IEEE member: $1,450 through Jan 31, 2027, then $1,620
- Booth, non-member: $1,815 through Jan 31, 2027, then $1,985
- Exhibitor helper badge: $50, 2027
- Lead capture: EventMobi license $200 per booth, 2027
Key dates
- Early exhibit booth rate ends ($1,450 IEEE member, $1,815 non-member): January 31, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- Now to January 31, 2027: Register the booth at the early rate ($1,450 IEEE member, $1,815 non-member) and opt in to the Best Product of the ESW award.
- Mid-January 2027: Design sign-off for the tabletop display and any hospitality room graphics.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; tabletop kit packed in rolling cases with a set-up card.
- Early March 2027: Kit ships on Red Oak's instructions; hospitality room plans shared with the organizing committee.
- March 24, 2027: Products and Services Exhibition, 3 to 6 p.m.; we set before opening and strike at close.
- After March 26, 2027: Kit returns to storage, ready for ESW 2028 in Orlando or your next safety show.

Checklist
- Register the booth before January 31, 2027 for the early rate
- Opt in to the Best Product of the ESW award at booth selection
- Buy the EventMobi lead capture license ($200)
- Name the full registrant and any $50 exhibitor helpers
- Notify the organizing committee before booking a hospitality room
- Book staff rooms in the Peppermill block with code AESW27
- Choose one demo object and one hazard story for the table
- Plan set-up before 3 p.m. and strike at 6 p.m. on March 24
