Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to IEEE Power & Energy Society
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the IEEE PES General Meeting space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for IEEE PES General Meeting
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the IEEE PES General Meeting venue requires
Published rates:
- Meet & Greet table, à la carte: $3,000 with one full registration, 2026 rate
- Supporter packages: Platinum $21K, Gold $16K, Silver $13K, Bronze $9K, 2026 rates
- Event Wi-Fi sponsorship: $10,000, 2026 rate
- Hospitality suite listing: $2,500, planning and event charges extra, 2026 rate
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the meeting
- When PES opens 2027 supporter sales: Choose a package and any à la carte items; in 2026 sales closed in late April.
- About 10 weeks before the meeting: Design sign-off for the table backdrop, cover, screen and hiring table graphics.
- May to June 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; logos and push-notification assets sent to PES by its deadline.
- About 3 weeks before: Table kit ships to San Francisco on the delivery instructions PES issues.
- July 25, 2027: Meeting opens; we set the table in the window PES assigns and check power and screen.
- July 29, 2027: Meeting closes; we strike, pack and return the kit to storage or your next PES event.

Checklist
- Watch for PES's 2027 supporter package release and sales deadline
- Pick a package that includes the Meet & Greet Table and job fair table
- Send logos, push notification text and email leaderboard by PES's asset deadline
- Choose one network or study result to demo on a table screen
- Register staff with full conference registrations
- Confirm set-up time and delivery instructions with PES
- Book rooms in the official hotel block
- Submit papers by November 10, 2026 if your engineers will present
