Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your IEEE PES T&D booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling at the Georgia World Congress Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Georgia World Congress Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage (Purple venue guide): About $150 per cwt with a 200 lb minimum, Purple's GWCC planning figure for 2026–27
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2028
- Now to 2027: Join the NTP Events waitlist or confirm your contracted space; send us equipment list, weights and dimensions.
- When the 2028 kit opens: Read the exhibitor services manual; target move-in time, rigging and heavy-equipment orders planned.
- Mid-February 2028: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in: equipment bases, cutaways, hanging sign and meeting room.
- February to March 2028: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; bases built to the equipment's shipping drawings.
- April 2028: Freight to the advance warehouse, targeted move-in at the GWCC and equipment set before the floor is carpeted.
- April 24–27, 2028: Show days with our project manager on call; dismantle and equipment returned or shipped to the next show.

Checklist
- Join the NTP Events waitlist, or confirm your contracted 2028 space
- List every unit on display with shipping weight, footprint and forklift points
- Decide which unit gets a cutaway or opened cabinet
- Plan meeting space for utility procurement conversations
- Book hotels as soon as the 2028 housing block opens
- Consider DTECH 2027 in the same building as a first run of the booth
- Register engineers for PDH and CEU sessions
