Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to IFPAC)
- Material handling at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center requires
Published rates:
- Attendee registration: $3,075 member advanced rate through Oct 30, 2026
- Booth space inclusions (2026): 1 conference + 2 booth-only registrations per 10-ft space
Key dates
- Call for presentations and best registration rate close: October 30, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- Now: Apply for exhibit space on IFPAC's online application with payment; spaces are assigned first come, first served.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in, with analyzers, sample stages and screens confirmed.
- Early January to early February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with padded cases for each instrument.
- Early February 2027: Freight booked to the hotel or warehouse IFPAC's exhibitor instructions name.
- Before the hall opens March 1, 2027: Our project manager installs the booth and tests each analyzer and screen once IFPAC confirms move-in.
- March 1–3, 2027: Exhibit hall open; after Wednesday's noon close we pack out and send the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Apply and pay for a booth space now, since IFPAC assigns spaces first come, first served
- Submit presentation or poster abstracts by October 30, 2026
- Choose the analyzer and samples for a live demonstration
- Prepare a one-page method validation summary for regulators
- Book lodging and meal packages through IFPAC's registration portal
- Sign off the design by mid-December 2026
- Send cancellation or substitution notices in writing by December 23, 2026 if plans change
