We build IFPAC booths that put your Raman probe, NIR analyzer or PAT software in front of the scientists and FDA reviewers who decide how it gets used. At the Bethesda North Marriott that means one 10-foot space done well: backwall, instrument counter, light and a live screen.

What makes IFPAC different, and how we build for it
IFPAC is where process analytical technology meets the regulator.The 2027 Pre-Conference Workshop and Plenary are chaired by FDA's Lana Rossiter with GSK's Sameer Talwar and Gilead's Paresma Patel, and FDA staff co-chair sessions on continuous manufacturing, quality risk management and spectroscopic PAT. The program spans PAT, Quality by Design, imaging and the Enabling Technology Center session that began in 2026, and IFPAC bills its exhibition of PAT instrumentation as part of the conference. It is a hotel meeting with a residential feel: lodging and meal packages come with registration, a Welcome Reception opens Sunday, the Gala Dinner follows Monday's exhibit hall, and evening workshops run Monday and Tuesday.
Spectroscopy, chromatography, imaging and sensor hardware they can see in a working setup, with chemometric models and data they can compare against their own validation.

Inside IFPAC 2027
IFPAC rules that shape your booth
IFPAC assigns booths on a first-come, first-serve basis and, per its 2026 application, makes assignments on receipt of the application with payment. We start a design as soon as you apply, then fit it to the booth number IFPAC assigns.
IFPAC sold 2026 space as 10-foot-wide booth spaces, each with one symposium registration and two booth-only registrations. We build a single-space kit and plan staffing around those three badges.
IFPAC welcomes companies whose products or services use process analysis and control to help pharmaceutical, biotech, generics, chemical, petrochemical and food manufacturers. We write your graphics around that manufacturing and quality benefit.
IFPAC coordinates with its exhibition services on booth layouts and flow, and exhibitors follow the policies in place at the meeting, including those of the hotel and Montgomery County. We keep the front of the booth open and demos inside your space.
IFPAC requires written notice by December 23, 2026 to substitute a person or credit a registration to a future meeting. We remind you before then so staffing changes do not cost the registration.

IFPAC invites verbal presentations and posters across PAT, QbD, continuous manufacturing, imaging and quality tracks; non-commercial abstracts of 150 to 200 words are due October 30, 2026.

Four things we get right for IFPAC exhibitors
1Show the model running live
IFPAC attendees build chemometric models for a living, and IFPAC offers its booth spaces for demonstrating products. We give the counter a sample stage and a monitor arm so your Raman or NIR analyzer scans a real tablet or solution and the prediction updates on screen.
2Five hours Monday, three Wednesday
IFPAC's 2027 exhibit hall opens Monday 2 to 7 p.m., Tuesday 10 to 4 and Wednesday 9 to noon, while sessions run to the 5:40 p.m. close. We plan the booth for a long first afternoon and a fast Wednesday teardown so your team can return to sessions.

Halls A–E (exhibit hall)
Numbered booth spaces in back-to-back rows with 10-foot aisles, sharing the room with a lunch area and next to Meeting Rooms C, F, G and H.
Our advice Lunch and networking events run in the hall, so aisle-facing counters near the lunch area see the most traffic; we keep the front of the booth open.
Pre-function corridor
Seven spaces numbered 600 to 606 line the corridor outside the hall doors, near the registration counter.
Our advice These spaces catch everyone arriving at registration, so we put the one-line claim at eye level where people pass with badges in hand.
Grand Ballroom and breakouts
Marriott lists a 23,408-square-foot Grand Ballroom with a 23-foot ceiling and 15 breakout rooms within about 61,923 square feet of event space.
Our advice Sessions fill the breakout rooms all day, so traffic comes in bursts at breaks and during the long Monday afternoon hall hours.

Logistics for IFPAC 2027, handled
IFPAC 2027 returns to the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center at 5701 Marinelli Road, where the exhibit hall plan places numbered booth spaces in back-to-back rows across Halls A–E, beside a lunch area and Meeting Rooms C, F, G and H, with seven more spaces in the pre-function corridor by registration. Marriott lists about 61,923 square feet of event space and a 23,408-square-foot Grand Ballroom. IFPAC assigns spaces when it receives the application with payment, and in 2026 it provided full exhibition services for the three exhibit days. Hotel freight moves through the building's own service corridors; IFPAC has not named a 2027 decorator or move-in time, so we book receiving once exhibitor instructions arrive.
