Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your AAI IMMUNOLOGY booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Los Angeles Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Los Angeles Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the AAI IMMUNOLOGY venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: About $175 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
- Exhibitor coffee break: $2,200 per cart serving 50, 2027
- Passport to Prizes: $1,000 per participating booth, 2027
- Premier sponsorship: From $15,000 total spend, including exhibit space, 2027
Key dates
- Island booth models or drawings due to AAI Exhibit Management: March 3, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- December 2026: Reserve 10×10 units with SPARGO through the exhibitor site; payment in full applies to applications after October 28, 2026.
- Mid-January 2027: Design sign-off; island drawings drafted with heights, see-through areas and any hanging sign.
- February 2027: AAI's Exhibitor Service Kit arrives; we place labor, electrical and carpet orders at advance rates and start production in Fishkill, NY.
- March 3, 2027: Island booth models or drawings due to AAI Exhibit Management; enclosed booths need stamped plans two months before move-in.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; move-in happens in the days before the May 1 hall opening.
- May 1–3, 2027: Exhibit hall days of IMMUNOLOGY2027; after the official close we dismantle and send the booth to storage or your next meeting.

Checklist
- Reserve 10×10 units with SPARGO and request the prospectus
- Pay in full; applications after October 28, 2026 are due on receipt
- Approve the booth design by mid-January 2027
- Send island drawings to AAI Exhibit Management by March 3, 2027
- Send your certificate of insurance with $1 million per occurrence
- Book staff rooms through onPeak, AAI's only official hotel provider
- Plan staffing for every hall hour; early teardown costs half the booth fee
- Consider an Exhibitor Workshop, coffee break or Passport to Prizes
