Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Emerald
- Material handling at the Long Beach Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Impressions Expo
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Impressions Expo venue requires

- Drayage planning estimate: About $170 per cwt, 2026–2027, 200 lb minimum
Key dates
- EAC form, certificates of insurance and hanging sign form due for Long Beach: December 9, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Booth location from the Impressions floor plan and design sign-off; machine power, air and footprint confirmed with you.
- November 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days: garment walls, machine plinths, counters and graphics.
- December 9–22, 2026: Certificate of insurance, EAC form and hanging sign form by December 9; directory listing by December 15; Freeman discount orders by December 22.
- December 18, 2026 to January 12, 2027: Crates and machines ship to Freeman's advance warehouse inside the no-surcharge window.
- January 19–20, 2027: Move-in, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; our project manager sets machines and tests every demo before the 10 a.m. January 21 completion deadline.
- January 21–24, 2027: Expo days, then dismantle from 3 p.m. Saturday, liquids removed, and everything out by 6 p.m. Sunday.

Checklist
- Pick your editions: Long Beach (January), Atlantic City (March), Dallas (fall)
- List every machine with its power, air and weight for the Freeman and utility orders
- Send us your EAC details so the form and insurance reach Impressions by December 9, 2026
- Submit any hanging sign drawing by December 9, 2026 for a booth of 400 square feet or more
- Update your directory listing in the Profile Manager by December 15
- Book rooms through EvolveCon via HotelMap, the official housing provider
- Send buyers the EXSPECIAL code for free Expo passes
- Plan crate space to take all inks and liquids home at load-out
