Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Cambridge EnerTech)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the International Battery Seminar space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the International Battery Seminar venue requires
Published rates:
- Hotel group rate: $280 single or double per night, cut-off February 15, 2027
- Early registration savings: Up to $700 per registration by November 13, 2026
- Poster presenter discount: $50 off a commercial or academic registration, 2027
Key dates
- Hotel block cut-off at Rosen Shingle Creek ($280 group rate): February 15, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- Now to November 13, 2026: Book your exhibit space or sponsorship with Cambridge EnerTech and register staff by November 13 to save up to $700 per registration.
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off about 10 weeks before move-in: backwall graphics, cutaway displays, data screen and counter approved.
- January to mid-February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; sample cells mounted in sealed displays and the booth test-assembled.
- By February 15, 2027: Hotel rooms booked in the Rosen Shingle Creek block at $280 before the cut-off; Maxum, power and internet orders filed.
- Late February 2027: Crates ship to Maxum's advance warehouse so they reach the hotel dock in the assigned window.
- March 16–18, 2027: Exhibits open in the Gaitlin Ballroom; after the close we pack out and store the booth or send it to your next battery show.

- Request the 2027 exhibitor prospectus and pick your space on the Gaitlin Ballroom floor plan
- Register staff by November 13, 2026 to save up to $700 each
- Log in to the Cambridge exhibitor portal and list every deliverable and deadline
- Order power and internet through the hotel and services through Maxum Expo Services
- Enter your newest product in the Best of Show Awards
- Submit posters and pay registration by February 12, 2027
- Book rooms in the Rosen Shingle Creek block before February 15, 2027
- Plan sealed displays for any cell samples shown in the booth
