The International Battery Seminar & Exhibit 2027 runs Monday, March 15 through Thursday, March 18, 2027. Exhibits are open March 16–18; Monday holds the Tutorials, the raw materials and recycling symposium and Battery Venture, Innovation & Partnering.

Cambridge EnerTech lists 1,800+ battery technologists for 2027, with more than 65 OEM and battery developer presenters, 150 other speakers and more than 150 sponsors and exhibitors. The 2026 and 2025 Orlando editions each reported more than 2,000 battery technologists.

Standard booth dimensions for the 2027 seminar are not confirmed yet; Cambridge EnerTech sells the space through its exhibitor prospectus and Gaitlin Ballroom floor plan. The package includes exhibit space, a program-guide listing with a 50-word description, one full conference registration and exhibit staff registrations.

Cambridge EnerTech quotes exhibit and sponsorship packages through its business development team rather than a public rate card. For the build, a lit backwall, counter and sample displays sized to a hotel-ballroom space costs far less than a hall island; we put every line on a fixed proposal.

Maxum Expo Services is the only third-party exhibit services company the seminar uses, and exhibitors manage deliverables and deadlines through the Cambridge exhibitor portal. Power, internet and rigging at Rosen Shingle Creek are hotel-exclusive, so we place those orders with the hotel's partners.

Rosen Shingle Creek is non-union, so your own employees can assemble a booth with hand tools. Anything heavier, or outside labor, goes through Maxum or through us as your exhibitor-appointed contractor, with a certificate naming the organizer and the hotel.

Cell makers, materials and equipment suppliers, test-lab and software firms. The 2027 sponsor page lists Eve Energy as Foundational Partner, with companies such as Amprius, Electrovaya, Henkel, Oerlikon, SandboxAQ, Maccor and Inventus Power.

Exhibitors enter new products through the online submission form, and attendees vote for the most impactful products of the year once the conference begins. Cambridge EnerTech states that selection does not depend on sponsorship level or exhibit participation.

In the seminar's block at Rosen Shingle Creek: the group rate is $280 single or double, with a cut-off of February 15, 2027, or earlier if the block fills. The organizer states it does not use third-party hotel booking services, so ignore any housing calls.

Posters are accepted until February 12, 2027, with registration paid in full by then. Presenters get $50 off a commercial or academic registration, and the printed copy hangs portrait at up to 36 by 48 inches.

It is a paid technical conference: attendees register for the seminar, and full-time graduate students and postdocs presenting a poster can attend the main seminar as Student Fellows for $399. Exhibit staff register through their exhibit package.

It suits companies whose buyers are battery R&D, cell engineering and OEM technical teams, not installers. Choose it if you sell materials, equipment or test systems and want time with researchers; for volume buyers and larger booths, The Battery Show North America fits better.
