Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Trifecta Collective and WoodWorks
- Material handling / drayage, if the International Mass Timber Conference & Expo space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for International Mass Timber Conference & Expo
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Oregon Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space (2027): $25.95 per sq ft for 100–300 sq ft; $19.95 for 400 sq ft and up
- Corner or endcap (2027): $250 per corner
- Sample spaces (2027): 10×10 $2,595; 20×10 $5,190; 20×20 island $7,980; 20×30 island $11,970
- Exhibitor passes (2027): Bought separately; 30% discount on select exhibitor and sponsor passes
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- Now to December 2026: Book your space, first come, first served, and buy at least one Exhibitor & Sponsor pass to confirm it.
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: timber structure, samples, graphics and any hanging sign.
- By late January 2027: Outside-contractor approval form and insurance filed, at least 45 days before move-in; setup plan for displays over 3,000 lb.
- January to February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; timber pieces from your plant routed to the Fern warehouse.
- March 16–17, 2027: Move-in; our project manager has the booth ready before the 3 p.m. Welcome Reception on March 17.
- March 19, 2027: Exhibit Hall's final day; teardown may not start before 1 p.m., runs from 1:01 p.m. and must be cleared by 10 p.m.

Checklist
- Book your space and buy at least one Exhibitor & Sponsor pass
- Choose real CLT, glulam or connection samples for the booth
- Weigh every display piece; plan for the 3,000-pound setup-plan rule
- File the outside-contractor form 45 days before move-in
- Order Fern Expo carpet, power, forklift and rigging through the Exhibitor Kit
- Book hotels in the Passkey block
- Plan staff for the Wednesday 3 p.m. Welcome Reception
- Keep the booth up until 1 p.m. Friday to avoid teardown penalties
