Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Informa Markets)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for International Roofing Expo
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $61.08 per sq ft non-member / $55.09 NRCA member, 599 sq ft or less (2027)
- Large booths: $48.41 non-member / $43.73 member per sq ft, 2,000 sq ft and up (2027)
- First Look package: $3,725 for an 8×8 plus $1,305 media package, 2027
- Extra badges: $75 each beyond the square-footage allotment, 2027
Key dates
- Innovative Product Showcase & Awards entries due: January 29, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- Now: Book space through your IRE account executive or the online contract; check NRCA membership for the member rate.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: roof mock-ups, demo power and graphics approved.
- December 2026 to mid-January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub over 30 to 45 days; showcase product plinth built.
- By January 29, 2027: Innovative Product Showcase entry filed; EAC form, insurance and service orders sent from the Exhibitor Service Manual.
- Mid-January 2027: Crates ship to the advance warehouse, which takes freight about 30 days out.
- February 13–15, 2027: Move-in, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily; your project manager has the booth built while your team sets product.
- February 16–18, 2027: Expo & Conference; dismantle starts at 3 p.m. on February 18 and the kit goes to storage in Las Vegas.

Checklist
- Sign the 2027 space contract and confirm NRCA membership for the member rate
- Decide between a full booth and the First Look 8×8 package
- Enter the Innovative Product Showcase by January 29, 2027
- Order services from the Exhibitor Service Manual in the Exhibitor Portal
- File the EAC form and certificate of insurance so Purple is cleared for your space
- Book rooms only through onPeak
- Count badges against your square footage before adding $75 extras
- Plan move-out from 3 p.m. on February 18
