IRE 2027 runs Tuesday, February 16 to Thursday, February 18, 2027, alongside NRCA's 140th Annual Convention. The exhibit hall opens 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on February 16 and 17 and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on February 18. Exhibitors move in February 13–15, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and pack out until noon on February 20.

IRE 2027 uses the LVCC West Hall at 300 Convention Center Drive, the campus building nearest the Strip. The 2026 show was also in Las Vegas, January 20–22, and the 2025 edition was in San Antonio, February 19–21. Harry Reid International Airport is under 15 minutes from the convention center, per IRE.

IRE's 2027 space runs $61.08 per sq ft for non-members at 599 sq ft or less and $55.09 for NRCA members, dropping to $48.41 and $43.73 at 2,000 sq ft and up. At the non-member rate a 10×20 is about $12,200 in space before services. Our 10×20 rental adds $7,500 to $15,000, more with a roof mock-up.

First Look is IRE's area for emerging brands and startups: $3,725 for a carpeted 8×8 with a display cabinet and logo graphic, locking storage, two stools and ten badges, plus a required $1,305 Media Exposure Package, $5,030 in all. Space is limited and sold through the sales team.

Each booth includes an 8-foot black back drape, 3-foot black side dividers and one 7×44-inch identification sign. Furniture, carpet, electrical and labor are ordered from approved providers through the Exhibitor Service Manual. Staff badges scale with space: ten for 100–200 sq ft, up to 50 above 2,000, then $75 each.

IRE reports 15,000+ industry professionals, 700 exhibiting companies and visitors from 56 countries and all 50 states at the 2026 show. 84% had buying influence, 66% had ten or more years of experience and 51% were attending for the first time.

IRE is a private trade show open to the trade only, not to the public; students in construction-related fields may attend, and under-18s need a supervising parent. Attendees are roofing and exteriors contractors, home improvement contractors, Hispanic contractors and distributors. Exhibitors can invite customers on discounted expo passes through the Customer Invites Program.

Informa Markets produces IRE, and the National Roofing Contractors Association is the official show sponsor, holding its 140th Annual Convention with the 2027 expo. IRE has run for more than 65 years and was ranked #111 on the 2019 TSNN Top 250 U.S. trade shows list.

Your full-time employees can normally assemble a booth with hand tools at the LVCC; pallet jacks, lifts and hired labor belong to Teamsters Local 631 via the show contractor. We register as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, usually 30 days before move-in, so your project manager and the install labor are cleared on your space.

Entry forms for the 2027 Innovative Product Showcase & Awards are due January 29, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. CT. The first entry costs $1,350, voting runs February 16–17 during the show, and winners are announced February 18. Prizes include booth signage at IRE 2028.

IRE publishes its 2027 material handling rates only inside the Exhibitor Service Manual in the Exhibitor Portal. Handling at the LVCC is charged by the hundredweight with a minimum per shipment, and surcharges stack for late or uncrated freight. We ship crated to the advance warehouse and put an estimated material handling line on your proposal.

onPeak is IRE's only official housing partner, with separate exhibitor and attendee hotel pages. IRE warns about companies falsely claiming to be its hotel partner or selling its attendee list. Purple's project notes favor the Westgate and Renaissance for walks to the LVCC.

The show is less than four months away, so the decision is now. A custom build needs sign-off by early December 2026; a rental from our Las Vegas inventory can be ready later, with graphics approved by mid-January for the February 13 move-in.

A roof mock-up and sample wall built for IRE travels to METALCON, the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Expo and the Carolinas Roofing Expo with new graphics. We store it in Las Vegas, where IBS and KBIS also run in February, and refit it for each floor plan.
