Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to International Spa Association)
- Material handling at the Mandalay Bay, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Mandalay Bay
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ISPA Conference & Expo venue requires
Published rates:
- 10×20 split island, 2027: $10,150, per ISPA
- 20×20 island, 2027: $20,300, per ISPA
- Emerging Brand Kiosk, 2027: $5,900, per ISPA
- Payment schedule: 50% deposit at selection, balance due January 8, 2027
Key dates
- Booth balance due to ISPA: January 8, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late December 2026
- Late December 2026: Design sign-off: treatment area, ordering desk, product bar and graphics approved within ISPA height limits.
- January 8, 2027: Booth balance due to ISPA; we send rigging drawings for islands and split islands.
- January 2027: Production in our Las Vegas hub; lighting and finishes tested on your products.
- February 8, 2027: GES and Mandalay Bay service orders placed at the best rates: floor, furniture, power, water and internet.
- March 3–5, 2027: Expo days: Wednesday from 9:30 a.m., Thursday from 11:15 a.m. and Friday until 2:30 p.m., with our project manager on site.
- March 5, 2027 after 2:30 p.m.: Dismantle and return to our Las Vegas hub, or straight to storage for your next spa show.

Checklist
- Confirm ISPA membership for your company and every brand you show
- Send your booth number, size and booth type from the floor plan
- Pick the treatment or product experience you will demo
- Plan samples within the half-ounce and two-ounce limits
- Decide on ceiling-hung elements before the 30-day rigging deadline
- Book the ISPA room block before February 2
- Prepare an order form and opening-order terms for spa buyers
