Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $7,900 standard rate; $8,600 Pickle Ball Premium, 2027 prospectus
- Location fees: $500 premium location, $250 per corner, 2027 prospectus
- Hotel parking: $45 per day self parking, $10 hourly, 2027 ISPE travel page
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late July 2027
- Now to spring 2027: Submit ISPE's exhibit contract; booth location drives the price, so we review the floor plan with you before you pick.
- Late July 2027: Design sign-off about 10 weeks before move-in, with equipment weights, power and compressed air needs locked.
- August to mid-September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or at our Las Vegas hub over 30 to 45 days, with plinths sized for heavy hardware.
- Mid-September 2027: Freight ships to the advance warehouse or the resort as ISPE's 2027 exhibitor kit directs.
- Move-in days before October 11, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor install, set equipment and test every screen before the hall opens.
- October 11–13, 2027: Expo Hall open; after Wednesday's noon close we dismantle and send the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Download ISPE's 2027 exhibitor prospectus and choose standard, Pickle Ball Premium or premium-location space
- Decide whether corners are worth ISPE's $250 fee for your layout
- List equipment weights, power and compressed air needs for the plinths
- Plan who uses your ten Exhibit Hall Guest Passes
- Register session-going staff on the exhibitor education discount
- Sign off the design by late July 2027
- Book rooms in ISPE's Gaylord Pacific block when the reservation link opens
