ISPE's 2027 Expo Hall runs 9:30 to 5:30 Monday, 9:30 to 4 Tuesday and 7 to noon Wednesday. We plan lighting and screens for a long Monday, and pre-pack crating so teardown can begin promptly when the hall closes at noon on the final day.

Two ballrooms of 29,223 square feet each, with 27- and 28-foot ceilings, among the four ballrooms at the resort.
Our advice If ISPE puts sessions or the FOYA Banquet in these ballrooms, attendees leave them in waves, so we time staff breaks and demos around the published agenda.

Logistics for ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo 2027, handled
The Gaylord Pacific is a resort with its own convention center: the California Ballroom & Exhibit Hall covers 140,049 square feet at 513 by 273 feet with a 34-foot ceiling, inside 456,014 square feet of event space and 67 breakout rooms, according to Marriott. ISPE's inline packages come with 8-foot pipe-and-drape back walls and 3-foot side rails, so we build inside those lines. ISPE tells exhibitors to follow the official exhibitor kit for show hours, and the 2027 decorator, move-in and advance warehouse are not confirmed yet. We book freight and labor as soon as the kit opens, and our project manager runs install with vetted Southern California labor.

What comes with an ISPE 10×10 booth package?
Three exhibit personnel registrations with hall-only access, a 6-by-2-foot skirted table, a wastebasket, two chairs, a one-line sign, and pipe and drape 8 feet high at the back with 3-foot side walls. You also get app and directory listings and ten free Exhibit Hall Guest Passes for customers. A 10×20 inline doubles the badges to six.
When is the Expo Hall open at ISPE 2027?
ISPE's 2027 prospectus lists Monday, October 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesday, October 13 from 7 a.m. to noon. ISPE confirms final show hours in the official exhibitor kit, and we schedule install and teardown around them.
Can we rent a booth for the ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo?
A rental works well at ISPE. Ours for Chula Vista covers the structure, printed panels, LED lights, plinths rated for your equipment and the floor covering, with trucking and labor priced on the same fixed proposal. After the noon Wednesday close the structure returns to us, and your graphics stay ready for the next pharma engineering show.
Can we bring a skid or heavy equipment into the Gaylord Pacific hall?
The California Ballroom & Exhibit Hall is a 140,049-square-foot space with a 34-foot ceiling, built to take exhibits. ISPE has not published 2027 rules for floor loads, machinery or rigging yet, so we collect your equipment weights early and file whatever the exhibitor kit requires as soon as it opens.
What is the deadline to book a booth at ISPE 2027?
ISPE has published no 2027 contract deadline; it is not confirmed yet. Exhibitors submit the exhibit contract through ISPE's sales team, and ISPE states space is limited. For design we need sign-off by late July 2027 to build, ship and install before the hall opens October 11.
