Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your ISPOR booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Colorado Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ISPOR
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Colorado Convention Center requires it

- Booth space: 10×10 $8,000; 10×20 $18,000; Premium $20,000; island $34,000, 2027
- AI Innovation Hub: $5,000 per 4-hour demo slot, 2027
- Meeting Suite: $500 per hour, up to 12 people, 2027
- Drayage: About $160 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- ISPOR 2027 research abstract submissions close: January 8, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-March 2027
- Now to January 2027: Purchase booth space in ISPOR's exhibitor portal; send us your service lines and data sources for the backwall.
- Mid-March 2027: Design sign-off; renderings with top, front and side views sent to ISPOR for booths of 200 square feet or more.
- March to April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; EAC Notice of Intent and insurance certificate filed.
- By April 29, 2027: Hotel changes through Maritz close; carpet, electrical and freight orders placed from the Exhibitor Service Manual.
- Move-in before May 23, 2027: Our project manager builds the booth, lays carpet and has it show-ready for ISPOR's walk-through.
- May 23–26, 2027: ISPOR 2027 in Denver; we dismantle only at the official move-out time and ship the booth on.

Checklist
- Buy your booth in ISPOR's exhibitor portal and choose Premium if you want three open sides
- Send us service lines, data sources and case studies for the backwall
- Submit the booth rendering for any space of 200 square feet or more
- File the EAC Notice of Intent so the install labor can access the hall
- Order carpet or confirm ours before the enforcement time
- Request approval for any giveaway outside the pre-approved list
- Book hotel rooms through Maritz and make changes by April 29, 2027
- Consider an AI Innovation Hub slot or Meeting Suite hours
