Inside ISPOR 2027
Rules that shape your booth
ISPOR's 2027 rules split each inline or Premium space in two: up to 8 feet at the back, signage counted, and no more than 4 feet in the half facing the aisle. We design every inline to those two heights.
Islands may reach 16 feet, must be at least 50% see-through for the first 8 feet on every side, keep demos and catering 2 feet back from the edge, and may not hang signs. We build with open frames and mesh.
Exhibits of 200 square feet or more need a PDF rendering with top, front and side views approved before fabrication; unapproved booths may not set up. We submit drawings with dimensions and setbacks marked.
Every exhibitor must carpet its space at its own expense; spaces bare at the enforcement time are carpeted by the General Service Contractor and billed. We bring flooring with the booth and lay it on move-in.
Booths must be staffed during all published hall hours, and packing before the official move-out time can cost you a worse location or future eligibility (2027 rules). We schedule dismantle labor for the published move-out.

Four things we get right for ISPOR exhibitors
1Eight feet back, four feet front
At ISPOR an inline or Premium booth gets full 8-foot height in its back half only; the front half, signs too, stops at 4 feet. We put the backwall graphic and screens at the back and keep a low counter at the front so the evidence reads from the aisle.
2Islands must be half see-through
ISPOR islands can reach 16 feet but need at least 50% see-through on all sides for the first 8 feet, and opaque or frosted walls do not count. We use open frames, mesh panels and freestanding screens, with demos and catering set 2 feet back from the edge.
3Bring your own carpet to Denver
ISPOR requires every exhibitor to carpet its space at its own expense, through the General Service Contractor or its own supplier, or the contractor carpets it and bills you. We include flooring in the booth quote and lay it before ISPOR's carpet enforcement time.

Logistics for ISPOR 2027, handled
ISPOR 2027 uses the Colorado Convention Center, whose six exhibit halls offer 577,000 square feet of contiguous space. ISPOR's Exhibitor Service Manual sets the move-in, open-hour and move-out schedule, and booths of 200 square feet or more need an approved rendering before fabrication. In this building your own employee may do a short, hand-tool job of less than an hour; longer or machine-assisted work belongs to IATSE Local No. 7 stagehands or the official contractor. Our project manager files the Notice of Intent and insurance certificate as your exhibitor-appointed contractor, ships to the advance warehouse and directs local labor.

How much does a booth at ISPOR 2027 cost?
ISPOR's 2027 space prices are $8,000 for a 10×10 inline, $18,000 for a 10×20 inline, $20,000 for a three-sided 10×20 Premium and $34,000 for a 20×20 island. The exhibit is separate: a 10×20 rental from us runs $7,500 to $15,000, with carpet, screens and see-through structure driving the number.
Where is ISPOR 2027 held?
ISPOR 2027 takes over the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver (700 14th Street). ISPOR 2026 met in Philadelphia May 17–20, 2026. ISPOR's housing partner Maritz books downtown hotels within walking distance, and the Hyatt Regency Denver connects to the building indoors.
What are ISPOR's booth height rules?
Inline and Premium booths may reach 8 feet, backwall and signs included, only in the rear half of the space; the half nearest the aisle stops at 4 feet (2027 rules). Islands top out at 16 feet with 50% see-through for the first 8 feet, and hanging signs are not permitted.
Can we rent a booth for ISPOR?
We rent ISPOR-ready booths: a rear-half backwall, low front counter, screens, lighting and carpet, all inside the height rules. Freight, the EAC paperwork, install and dismantle are priced together on one fixed proposal, and the booth goes back to our warehouse after Denver.
What are the ISPOR 2027 exhibit hall hours?
The 2027 exhibit hall hours are not confirmed yet; ISPOR keeps move-in, open hours and move-out in its Exhibitor Service Manual. Its 2027 rules require every booth to be staffed during all published hall hours and bar packing before the official move-out time, so we book install and dismantle crews to that schedule.
Can our own staff set up the booth in Denver?
Denver's convention center lets company staff handle quick jobs of under an hour with hand tools only. Real booth construction is union work for IATSE Local No. 7 or the contractor, and any outside builder must be registered with ISPOR as an exhibitor-appointed contractor.
What does drayage cost at the Colorado Convention Center?
It is charged by weight at the rate in ISPOR's Exhibitor Service Manual. For Denver we plan on about $160 per hundredweight in 2026 and 2027, with a 200-pound minimum. Screens and carpet add weight, so drayage appears as its own line on our proposal.

Pens, branded bags, brochures, stationery, stress balls, USB drives and empty water bottles are pre-approved; other giveaways, raffles and contests need ISPOR approval. Food and drinks, even bottled water, must come through the venue's official caterer, and alcohol follows published serving times.
Do we need to submit our booth design to ISPOR?
Every exhibit of 200 square feet or more needs ISPOR approval: a PDF rendering with top, front and side views showing heights, widths and setbacks, sent by the published deadline. Booths built without approval may not set up, and later changes are resubmitted. We prepare and submit the rendering with you.
