Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to ISSA with Informa Markets)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the ISSA Show North America space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for ISSA Show North America
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the venue requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $44.79–$55.00 per sq ft for booths up to 400 sq ft, member to non-member, 2026
- Large booths: $37.23–$45.04 per sq ft for 1,601+ sq ft, 2026
- Premium fees: $500 per corner, $1,000 peninsula, $995 shared booth, 2026
- Basic listing package: $836 per application, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the 2027 move-in
- When ISSA opens 2027 space: Book space with ISSA's sales team; send us machine dimensions, weights, battery types and demo needs.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: demo floor, product walls, data screens and any hanging sign approved.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in our Las Vegas shop or Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; demo decks tested with your machines.
- When the 2027 exhibitor kit posts: Contractor, electrical and material handling orders filed; crated freight scheduled for the advance warehouse.
- Move-in days before the 2027 show: Show labor installs under your project manager while your technicians set up and test each machine.
- Show days, 2027: Our project manager on call, then dismantle after the close and storage in our Las Vegas shop.
