ISSA Show North America 2027Exhibitor guide to booth costs, dates and deadlines

ISSA Show North America 2027 dates are not confirmed yet; ISSA has published only the 2026 show, which runs November 16–19, 2026, with exhibits November 17–19 at Mandalay Bay. The 2025 show ran November 10–13 at the same convention center, so we plan 2027 work from the moment ISSA posts dates.

The 2027 venue is not confirmed yet. The 2024, 2025 and 2026 editions were all at Mandalay Bay Convention Center, 3950 South Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas, but ISSA has not announced the 2027 location.

ISSA's 2024 post-show report counted more than 12,000 professionals from 75 countries and 635+ exhibiting brands, 137 of them first-time exhibitors. Its exhibitor page lists 11,300+ professionals, 625+ brands, 35% new attendees and 75+ countries, per ISSA, without an edition year.

The commercial cleaning supply chain attends: in 2024, 41% of attendees were distributors and wholesalers, 32% building service contractors and 14% facility services providers, with associate services (7%) and residential cleaners (6%) making up the rest. Distributors buy whole programs, so line cards matter here.

ISSA's 2026 rates ran from $44.79 per square foot for members on booths of 400 square feet or less (standard rate) to $55.00 for non-members at list rate, plus $500 per corner and an $836 listing package. 2027 rates are not confirmed yet; our 10×20 rental typically runs $7,500 to $15,000.

ISSA members in good standing pay lower rates; in 2026 the member list rate for booths of 400 square feet or less was $47.15 against $55.00 for non-members. Members also get two booth staff badges and earn seniority points that set their order in space selection.

For 2026, booth rental includes an 8-foot back wall and 4-foot side wall drape, an 11×17-inch company ID sign, a listing in the show guide, online directory and app, a marketing toolkit, the customer invite program, an onsite appointment scheduler and the registered press list.

ISSA runs the Robotics & Autonomous Cleaning Experience, with two live demonstration zones where autonomous robots work in real facility scenarios, plus expert panels on adoption. Exhibitors can also run demos in their own booths; we build sealed demo floors and taped routes for that.

It is a section near the show entrance reserved for companies that have never exhibited at ISSA Show North America or have not been back in more than three years. ISSA also runs an International Pavilion for companies based outside North America, a Residential Cleaning Pavilion and an Italian Pavilion.

For 2026 the expo runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17 and Wednesday, November 18, then 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 19; Sunday and Monday are closed to the expo. 2027 hours are not confirmed yet.

Only with your approval: ISSA allows photography or video of an exhibit only with prior consent of the exhibiting company, and filming may not block exhibits or aisles. Recording in education sessions is not allowed. We add a visible product-info QR code so visitors take details, not photos.

Children under 18 may enter the floor only during show hours, under direct adult supervision and with a free badge; build and teardown days are off-limits to them, as are education sessions. We plan installs knowing the floor is adults-only during build days.

ISSA works with onPeak, which secures discounted rooms that the show says typically average 30% below other travel sites. The install labor is hired locally, so the block rooms go to your sales and technical staff.

We rent ISSA booths from our Las Vegas shop: frames, fabric graphics, LED lighting, a sealed demo deck, line-card walls and a data screen, with freight, contractor orders, install and dismantle on one proposal. The same kit can travel to the Clean Show or The Inspired Home Show.
