Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling (drayage) at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Hall F, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for iVT Expo USA
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Hall F requires
Published rates:
- Drayage (Purple venue-guide figure): About $145 per cwt for crated advance-warehouse freight, from a 2026 Rosemont Exposition Services guide
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-June 2027
- Spring 2027: Stand contracted with UKi's sales team; team passes registered through the iVT exhibitor manual.
- Mid-June 2027: Design sign-off with machine sections, component list, power and any vehicle paperwork frozen.
- July 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; frames plumbed and harnesses routed.
- Early August 2027: Crates ship to the show contractor's advance warehouse on the dates in the contractor information document.
- Days before August 25, 2027: Build in Hall F with our project manager; demo rehearsal with your engineers.
- August 25–26, 2027: Show days; breakdown starts after the 4 p.m. Thursday close, then freight home or to storage.

Checklist
- Confirm stand number, size and Hall F position with UKi's sales directors
- Register your team's passes through the iVT exhibitor manual
- List every component and machine section with weights, fluids, batteries and power
- Decide whether a vehicle or moving demo comes, so permits start early
- Book speakers or attendance for the Off-Highway Evolution and NFPA sessions
- Send CAD, product photos and logos to Purple
- Approve the design by mid-June 2027
- Book rooms through FHTglobal, the official housing bureau
