Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Informa Markets)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Rhode Island Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $51.50 per sq ft regular, $53.00 premium, 2027
- Corner fee: $275 per corner, inline booths only, 2027
- Listing and lead package: $1,450, required for every exhibitor, 2027
Key dates
- Full payment required with every booth contract: November 10, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- Now to November 9, 2026: Book space while a 50 percent deposit still holds it; we lay out the booth on the interactive 2027 floor plan.
- From November 10, 2026: Full payment is due with any new booth contract; we start design around your demo product.
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in; demo wall or deck section engineered for repeated installs.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; Freeman orders, insurance and staff registration filed in the exhibitor portal.
- Days before March 19, 2027: Move-in at the Rhode Island Convention Center; our project manager sets the demo area, lighting and graphics.
- March 19–20, 2027: Exhibit hall days; Saturday closes at 3 p.m., then we pack and ship the booth to storage or your next show.
