Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to JOGS International Exhibits)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show venue requires

- Booth space, 10×10 Zone A: $5,300 West Hall; $4,950 East, North and South Halls (2027)
- Booth space, 10×8 Zone A: $4,400 West Hall; $3,950 other halls (2027)
- Outdoor tent: $3,500 for 10×20, $7,000 for 20×20 (2027)
- TEC 6-foot jewelry showcase: $375 by November 30, 2026; $475 after (2027 show)
Key dates
- TEC Expo Services discounted-price deadline for furniture, showcases, lighting and power: November 30, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Early November 2026: Booth number and hall confirmed with JOGS; we draw the layout around TEC showcases.
- November 30, 2026: Last day for discounted TEC furniture, showcase, lighting and power orders; we file them with your layout diagram.
- December 2026: Graphics, counters and stock fixtures produced in our shop over 30 to 45 days.
- Mid-January 2027: Freight to Tucson; insurance certificate naming JOGS as additional insured goes in.
- January 27–February 7, 2027: Booth set by 9:30 a.m. on opening day, then twelve days of selling; our project manager is on call.
- June and August 2027: The same graphics travel to JOGS Las Vegas (June 2 to 6) and JOGS Tucson Fall (August 26 to 29).

Checklist
- Confirm your hall, zone and booth numbers with JOGS
- Count TEC showcases, tower cases and lights before November 30, 2026
- Draw where every light hangs on TEC's lighting diagram
- Send insurance naming JOGS International Exhibits LLC as additional insured
- Plan staffing so the booth is never left unattended for twelve days
- Decide whether you also need a Gem Bazaar tent
- Choose whether the kit goes on to JOGS Las Vegas in June
