JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show 2027Exhibitor guide: booth costs, dates and deadlines

The JOGS Tucson Winter Gem & Jewelry Show runs January 27 to February 7, 2027 at the Tucson Expo Center. It is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day, closing at 4 p.m. on February 7. JOGS also runs Las Vegas on June 2 to 6 and Tucson Fall on August 26 to 29, 2027.

JOGS Tucson is at the Tucson Expo Center, 3750 E Irvington Road, Tucson, AZ 85714, on the south side of the city rather than downtown. The main registration entrance is in the West Hall, with a second registration area in the South Hall; free shuttles link it to the other shows.

The 2027 application prices a 10×10 Zone A booth at $5,300 in the West Hall and $4,950 in the East, North and South Halls; a 10×8 Zone A is $4,400 or $3,950. Outdoor tents cost $3,500 for 10×20 and $7,000 for 20×20. Graphics and fixtures from us are separate.

Each indoor booth includes one complimentary package: two draped tables, two chairs, a trash bin, a booth sign and 500 watts of power. Outdoor tents get two undraped tables, chairs, a bin and a sign but no electricity, and Ballroom spaces include no package at all.

JOGS requires all jewelry showcases to be rented through TEC Expo Services and does not allow exhibitors to bring or install their own. A 6-foot jewelry showcase is $375 if ordered by November 30, 2026, against a $475 floor price. We design the rest of the booth around them.

Wholesale buyers enter free after registering with a business license, tax certificate or sales and use tax permit tied to gems or jewelry. The general public can attend with a $25-plus-fees ticket good for all twelve days, and military personnel and veterans get free tickets.

JOGS says its Tucson show brings approximately 40,000 visitors annually, with about 60% from the United States, Canada and Mexico and 40% from Europe, Australia, Japan, Latin America and beyond. Buyers range from department stores and boutiques to cruise ships, catalogs and TV channels.

Halogen lights, floodlights, Lowel Tota lights, outdoor lighting and high-wattage lights are prohibited under the Pima County Fire Marshal's and JOGS rules. TEC rents LED track and diamond lights with a placement diagram, and nobody may stand on tables or showcases to hang them.

Booth payment for Tucson Winter 2027 was due in full by November 1, 2026. The next date is November 30, 2026, the last day for TEC's discounted furniture, showcase, lighting and power prices. On opening day your display must be set by 9:30 a.m.

JOGS lists the Amber Pavilion, the Southwest Pavilion of Native American jewelry, the Indonesian Pavilion of Bali silver makers, the international Gemstone Pavilion and the Top US Turquoise Pavilion, plus the outdoor Gem Bazaar for rough, lapidary supplies and gemstone décor.

Photography is limited to attendees with media press credentials approved through JOGS's form, and individual exhibitors may still refuse photos of their goods. Most buyers leave with a card and a price sheet, so we put your contact and reorder details where they can be read.

JOGS Las Vegas Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show runs June 2 to 6, 2027 at The Expo at World Market Center, 435 S Grand Central Parkway, the same week the JCK shows open on the Strip. Our Las Vegas hub can store your Tucson graphics and set them up there.

We produce graphics, counters and stock fixtures, file your TEC orders and lighting diagram before the discount deadline, ship to Tucson and have a Purple project manager supervise setup with TEC labor where the rules require it. Afterward we store the kit for Las Vegas or Tucson Fall.
