Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your KBIS booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the KBIS space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the KBIS venue requires
Published rates:
- Indoor space, NKBA member: $55.50 per sq ft, 2027 (early rate $54.00 ended March 20, 2026)
- Indoor space, non-member: $63.00 per sq ft, 2027
- Outdoor space: $39.00 member, $44.00 non-member per sq ft, 2027
- Marketing and lead fees: $800 Basic Marketing Fee plus $725 Lead Capture Fee, 2027
Key dates
- Booth fully installed under the Clean Floor Policy (crates cleared by 3 p.m.): February 1, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Confirm your booth number and type in the Exhibitor Hub; send us product list, appliance specs and the room layouts you want to show.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before installation: rooms, flooring, lighting and any hanging sign approved.
- Late November to late December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; cabinet runs and countertops dry-fitted before crating.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Directory listing updated in December; Freeman, electrical and rigging orders filed; freight and hanging sign ship to the Freeman advance warehouse.
- Move-in through February 1, 2027: Your Purple project manager has the rooms built; crates labeled and cleared by 3 p.m. and the booth finished by 5 p.m. Monday.
- February 2–4, 2027: Expo floor open 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; we dismantle from 5 p.m. Thursday and store the booth at our Las Vegas hub until KBIS 2028.

Checklist
- Check your priority points and NKBA membership status with your KBIS account executive
- Confirm booth type: hanging signs need an island, split island or peninsula of 400 sq ft+
- Plan and order flooring for the whole booth: KBIS is a No Concrete Show
- Submit the EAC Notification Form and certificate of insurance online
- Update your Exhibitor Hub directory listing before the December 2026 print deadline
- Register staff: 10 free badges per 100 net sq ft plus 2 VFTI badges
- Book rooms through EventSphere, and any hotel meeting room through show management
- Schedule installation to finish before 5 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2027
