Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your LA Textile booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the California Market Center, The Loft (Building C), where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for LA Textile
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the California Market Center, The Loft (Building C) requires it
Published rates:
- Visitor parking: $5 all day with LA Textile validation, 2027 show page
- Partner hotels: Up to 25% off at eight downtown boutique hotels, 2027 show page
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- Early December 2026: Space confirmed with CMC show management; we receive your booth location in The Loft and the fabric families to feature.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before the show: header walls, tables, lighting and graphics.
- January 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days, with headers built and lighting tested on your fabrics.
- Mid-February 2027: Freight packed in elevator-size pieces and delivered on CMC's schedule for The Loft.
- February 23–25, 2027: Show days, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; pack-out after close.
- September 21–23, 2027: The booth returns from storage for the fall edition with refreshed graphics for the next season.

- Confirm space and neighborhood (European Collective, Made In Japan, Turkish Textile Pavilion) with CMC show management
- List fabric families, codes, minimums and lead times for the headers
- Send sample yardage for our lighting test
- Ask show management for move-in times and freight elevator access
- Book rooms with CMC's partner hotel discount code
- Submit a fabric for the Peclers Paris trend gallery if it fits the SS27 themes
- Plan the booth to return for September 21–23, 2027
