Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to U.S. Antique Shows
- Material handling at the Wynn Las Vegas, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Wynn Las Vegas
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Wynn self-parking: $20 a day for non-guests, first four hours free; free for registered Wynn and Encore guests
- Wynn valet parking: $40 per day, no re-entry for non-guests
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: February 2027
- Late 2026: Dealer application with references to U.S. Antique Shows; we take your case count and period groupings once approved.
- February 2027: Design sign-off: case layout, signage and the light track placement plan.
- March to April 2027: Light tracks, showcases, safe and booth guard ordered; light track diagram sent to show management; signage produced in our Fishkill shop.
- May 2027: Freight to the advance warehouse or booked for direct delivery to the Wynn; insurance certificate filed.
- Move-in before June 3, 2027: Cases and signage set under your project manager; lights tested with your pieces before the first morning.
- June 6, 2027 from 4 p.m.: Merchandise packed first, then dismantle before the 11 p.m. cutoff; the booth returns to Las Vegas storage.

Checklist
- Submit the dealer application with your references
- Send your case count and how you group stock by period and maker
- Order light tracks and send the placement diagram to show management
- Book showcases, a safe and, if stock stays in the booth, an SOA Security guard
- File your insurance certificate with show management
- Register booth staff and carry physical photo ID every day
- Book Wynn or Encore rooms through the HotelMap portal
- Plan Sunday packing so carriers check in by 8 p.m.
