Rules that shape your booth
Exhibitors order standard (yellow) or LED (white) light tracks through the exhibitor console, and the order is complete only when a placement diagram is emailed to show management (2026). We draw the diagram from your case plan.
Jewelry may not stay in showcases overnight, locked or not, unless a private guard from SOA Security, the official contractor, is hired. We size lift-out trays so the booth empties to the complimentary vault in minutes.
The show closes at 4 p.m. Sunday and no booth may be broken down before then; all materials must leave the Wynn by 11 p.m., with carriers checked in by 8 p.m. (2026). We schedule teardown labor from 4 p.m. on.
For 2027 every dealer applies with multiple references, and dealers working primarily with loose stones, closeouts or contemporary manufacturing are no longer accepted. We present your booth as a period dealer's gallery to match.
Non-exhibitors may not sell or trade in the show space, and suitcases, duffels and roller bags are barred from the floor during show hours. We plan in-booth storage so your team never needs a roller case on the floor.

No jewelry may stay in showcases overnight, locked or not, unless you hire a private guard from SOA Security, the official contractor. We build trays that lift out by case so the booth empties to the vault quickly at 6 p.m.
4Keep the empties reachable
In 2026 empty cases were stored behind drapes on the ballroom stages with no exhibitor access, and getting them back meant buying Accessible Storage on site. We pack display boxes and spare stock into lockable booth furniture instead.

The 2027 show runs Thursday, June 3 to Sunday, June 6, 2027. Doors open at 10 a.m. every day and close at 6 p.m., except Sunday's 4 p.m. finish. Attendee registration opens at 7 a.m. on Thursday, 8 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. on Sunday.

At Wynn Las Vegas on Las Vegas Boulevard South, the same resort as COUTURE. The 2026 show used the Lafite and Latour Ballrooms; the 2027 ballrooms are not confirmed yet. The Wynn is just over 5 miles from the Harry Reid Airport rent-a-car center.
How do dealers get a booth at the show?
Every dealer applies. For 2027 the show is requiring multiple references and will no longer accept dealers who work primarily with loose stones, closeouts or contemporary manufacturing, so the floor stays antique, period, vintage and estate. Applications go to U.S. Antique Shows.
How much does a booth at the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show cost?
The show does not publish booth prices; they come from U.S. Antique Shows after acceptance. Lights, showcases, safes, guards and internet are extra orders. For our part, signage, case layout and a light plan for a 10×20 dealer booth come in a fixed proposal before you commit.
Can we leave jewelry in our cases overnight?
Jewelry may not stay in showcases overnight, even locked, unless the booth has a private guard from SOA Security, the official security contractor. Show management runs 24-hour perimeter guards from move-in to move-out and offers complimentary vaults for overnight storage.
How do we order lighting for our booth?
Light tracks are bought through the exhibitor console in standard yellow or LED white bulbs, and you must email a light track placement diagram to show management to complete the order. We prepare that diagram from your case plan.
When are move-in and move-out?
In 2026, move-in ran Wednesday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. before the Thursday opening, exhibitors could enter two hours before opening each day, and move-out ran from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on closing Sunday, with carriers checked in by 8 p.m. Early move-out is prohibited.
Is the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show open to the public?
It is a trade event for jewelry industry companies and their employees only. Retail buyers qualify with invoices of $5,000 from at least four suppliers in the past year plus another document, and nobody under 16 is admitted. Every badge is checked against a physical photo ID.
Do COUTURE attendees get in?
A COUTURE badge grants immediate access to the show floor with no separate preregistration. That is why designer-jewelry retailers from COUTURE often walk across to the antique dealers in the same resort during JCK week.
What sells at the show?
Period jewelry from the Renaissance and Georgian eras through Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Retro, plus pearls, cameos, artist jewelry and signed, pocket, antique and vintage watches. Signed pieces from Cartier, David Webb, Harry Winston, Van Cleef & Arpels and Rolex are among the draws, per the show.

What rules apply to bags and selling on the floor?
Large bags, including suitcases and roller bags, are banned from the floor during show hours and all bags may be searched. Suitcasing, a non-exhibitor selling or trading wares in the show space, is forbidden and can mean removal and a ban from U.S. Antique Shows events.
Where do dealers stay?
HotelMap is the official housing agency; approved exhibitors book through the housing portal linked in their badge confirmation. Wynn and Encore blocks are limited and go first to exhibitors of the two shows on the property, COUTURE and this one. Self-parking is $20 a day for non-guests after four free hours.
Can Purple set up our dealer booth in Las Vegas?
Your Purple project manager runs it from our Las Vegas hub: cases set and leveled, signage hung, the light plan installed, and the booth packed and stored after the Sunday close. One project manager can cover your JCK or COUTURE presence the same week.
