Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling (drayage) at the World Market Center Las Vegas, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the World Market Center Las Vegas
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Las Vegas Market venue requires
Published rates:
- First Finds package: Standard 10×10: listing, drayage, ID sign, wastebasket, 2 chairs (Winter 2027)
- Showroom freight handling: $750 full truckload, $105 minimum load (loose), Summer 2026 rates
- Freight surcharges: $300 each for unscheduled, late, no-show or special-handling freight, Summer 2026
- Self-unload debris removal: $219 per truck, Summer 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Now to mid-November 2026: Confirm your First Finds section or showroom plans with the ANDMORE leasing team and send us your space details.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: graphics, shelving, flooring or showroom displays approved.
- Late November to December 2026: Production in our Las Vegas shop or Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days.
- December 2026: Dock appointments booked in C3, freight labeled to building and space, show move-in starting about 30 days before market.
- Days before January 24, 2027: Your Purple project manager runs the install while your team merchandises product.
- January 24–28, 2027: Market days; First Finds: Gift and Home closes January 27, then we pack out and plan the kit for Summer Market, July 25–29.

Checklist
- Pick your First Finds section, or a permanent showroom, with the ANDMORE leasing team
- Ask which section-specific package applies to your space
- Register every staff member for an exhibitor badge
- Book C3 dock appointments as soon as market appointments open, 90 days out
- Label freight with company name, building address and space number
- Prepare trade pricing, minimums and lead times for buyers
- Upload products to your exhibitor portal profile for the online directory
- Plan storage for Summer Market, July 25–29, 2027
