Room sets and First Finds: Las Vegas Market 2027 booths from our Las Vegas shop

We build First Finds booths and showroom displays that let furniture, décor and gift buyers see a full room story and write an order before moving to the next floor. Our Las Vegas hub sits in the same city as World Market Center.

What makes Las Vegas Market different, and how we build for it

Las Vegas Market is built around permanent showrooms: ANDMORE's 3,500+ resources fill Buildings A, B and C of World Market Center on long-term leases, open between markets through the Las Vegas Design Center. The trade show side is First Finds, the name the Temporaries took from June 2026: First Finds: Gift and Home fills The Expo pavilion, and First Finds: Furniture takes Building B, Floor 6. Gift and Home is merchandised into Gift, Home, Luxe, Immediate Delivery (Cash & Carry) and the juried Handmade and Design collections, and ANDMORE runs a summer edition in late July.

Furniture and home retailers

Store buyers furnishing a whole floor want room settings, case goods and upholstery they can sit on, with freight terms and lead times answered in the booth.

Interior designers

Designers source lighting, rugs and accents for projects; they look for a styled vignette, swatches and a trade-pricing sheet they can take to the next showroom.

Gift and specialty buyers

Gift shop and resort buyers walk The Expo for trend-led product and Cash & Carry stock, and many are new: ANDMORE says 30% of attendees are first-timers each market.

Your team in Las Vegas

From our two shops to the Las Vegas Market floor

Our Fishkill, NY production shop and our Las Vegas hub build the booth, we ship it to the World Market Center Las Vegas, and our own project manager runs the Las Vegas Market install on the floor with vetted local labor. Expect a 30–45-day build for Las Vegas Market, secure storage and a pre-show QA.

When your team gets to Las Vegas, the booth is lit and stocked. You just show up.

Las Vegas Market rules that shape your booth

Every freight move needs C3

ANDMORE requires a confirmed C3 Reservations dock appointment for all freight, secured at least 24 business hours before arrival (2026 guide); freight without one pays unscheduled fees. We book and confirm the appointment ourselves and send the reservation number to the carrier.

Organizer rule

Crates within 6×4×8 feet

Pallets and crates may be no more than 6 feet long, 4 feet wide, 8 feet high and 1,500 pounds, with non-scuffing wheels or forklift openings. We build booth crates on wheels to those limits.

Organizer rule

Prepaid, labeled to the building

Shipments must be prepaid, since collect freight is refused, and labeled with the company name, showroom number and the right building address for A, B or C. We label every crate and pallet before it leaves our shop.

Organizer rule

Self-unload is allowed

Tenants are not required to use ANDMORE logistics and may use any carrier or crew, bringing their own equipment, with a $219 debris fee per truck (2026). We bring our own pallet jacks for the unload.

Organizer rule

Trade-only, pre-registered badges

Qualified buyers must pre-register, and all exhibitors must register to receive a badge; non-exhibiting manufacturers and suppliers pay $50. We register the install labor under your company so everyone has access on move-in day.

For Amazon’s first ESSENCE Festival activation, a walk-through environment that welcomed hundreds of thousands of attendees across Prime Video, Amazon Live and Alexa.

Amazon's ESSENCE activation was a walk-through environment people explored room by room; a Las Vegas Market showroom or B6 room set sells the same way, one setting at a time.

04 Designing for furniture, home décor, lighting, rug and gift brands at Las Vegas Market

Four things we get right for Las Vegas Market exhibitors

Cactus-print throw pillow, coral cushion and textured coral blanket on a gray sofa1

Upgrade the 10×10 package

The standard First Finds package brings an ID sign, a wastebasket, two chairs and drayage. We add what sells: back-wall graphics, self-supporting shelving, a lit header and flooring, built to clear the section's rules in The Expo and shipped from our Las Vegas shop.

Warmly lit room stacked and hung with red and multicolor handwoven rugs2

Show furniture as a room

First Finds: Furniture on Building B, Floor 6 runs a day longer than The Expo. Furniture buyers want to sit and touch, so we build a floor, rug and wall finish that turns your space into a room set, with lighting that flatters the upholstery.

Green velvet sofa with a pale cushion beneath framed art in a bright minimalist room3

Book the dock early

World Market Center requires a confirmed C3 dock appointment for every freight move, at least 24 business hours ahead, and market appointments open 90 days out. We book our own dock windows for showroom installs and your Purple project manager oversees the unload.

Three shoppers walking through a large hall lined with wooden cabinets and dining sets4

Juried collections need polish

Handmade, Design and Luxe in First Finds: Gift and Home are juried collections. We give those booths finished millwork, gallery lighting and clean product plinths so the line looks curated, the way the jury and design-led buyers expect.

The Expo at World Market Center

First Finds: Gift and Home, January 24–27, 2027: home décor, trend-forward gifts and fashion accessories in sections such as Gift, Home, Luxe, Handmade, Design and Immediate Delivery.

Our advice The Expo closes a day before the showrooms, so we schedule dismantle for Wednesday afternoon and keep your team selling until 4 p.m.

B

Building B, Floor 6 (B6)

First Finds: Furniture, January 24–28, 2027: case goods, dining tables, sofas and other home furnishings, closing at 2 p.m. on Thursday.

Our advice Furniture needs floor area more than wall area; we lay flooring and a rug, add one accent wall and light the pieces from above.

Permanent showrooms at 495, 475 and 455 South Grand Central Parkway, each with its own freight address and dock appointments through C3.

Our advice We label every crate with the building address and showroom number, as ANDMORE requires, so nothing waits at the wrong dock.

Las Vegas Market exhibitor questions

Questions exhibitors ask us before Las Vegas Market

When is Las Vegas Market 2027?

Winter Las Vegas Market runs Sunday, January 24 to Thursday, January 28, 2027. First Finds: Gift and Home in The Expo is open January 24–27 and First Finds: Furniture January 24–28. Summer Market follows July 25–29, 2027, and Winter 2028 runs January 30 to February 3.

Where is Las Vegas Market held?

At World Market Center Las Vegas in downtown Las Vegas, 475 South Grand Central Parkway. Permanent showrooms fill Buildings A, B and C, First Finds: Gift and Home is in The Expo pavilion, and First Finds: Furniture is on Building B, Floor 6. Parking and complimentary shuttles are on site.

What are the Las Vegas Market hours?

For Winter 2027, showrooms and First Finds open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Showrooms close at 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 28; First Finds: Gift and Home closes at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27; and First Finds: Furniture closes at 2 p.m. Thursday. Summer 2027 hours are not confirmed yet.

What is First Finds at Las Vegas Market?

First Finds is ANDMORE's name, beginning June 2026, for the temporary exhibits once called the Temporaries. ANDMORE calls it an all-inclusive option for emerging and established companies, backed by a marketing campaign, in two places: Gift and Home in The Expo and Furniture on Building B, Floor 6.

What does a First Finds booth package include?

ANDMORE's standard 10×10 package for Winter 2027 includes an enhanced online listing, freight handling (drayage), an exhibitor ID sign, a wastebasket and two chairs, and listings in the online and printed directory, the Market app and on-site kiosks. Section-specific packages are available; ANDMORE publishes no prices.

How much does it cost to exhibit at Las Vegas Market?

ANDMORE quotes First Finds and showroom space privately through its leasing team. Beyond the space, our 10×20 rental for a two-space First Finds booth typically runs $7,500 to $15,000, and showroom display work is priced per project. Flooring, shelving and room-set furniture staging move the number.

Should we take a showroom or First Finds space?

ANDMORE offers permanent showrooms on long-term leases, with lower rates, a fixed address buyers recognize and access between markets, or First Finds space for one market at a time. We build First Finds booths and showroom displays, and from our Las Vegas shop we can refresh a showroom between markets.

How do we ship to World Market Center?

Every freight move needs a confirmed dock appointment in ANDMORE's C3 Reservations platform, at least 24 business hours ahead; market appointments open 90 days out. Shipments must be prepaid, labeled with the company and showroom number, and pallets or crates may not exceed 6×4×8 feet or 1,500 pounds.

What do logistics services cost at World Market Center?

ANDMORE's Summer 2026 rate sheet charged $750 for a loose full truckload and $105 for a minimum load, with $300 surcharges for unscheduled, late or special-handling freight. Tenants may self-unload with their own carrier and equipment, paying $219 per truck for debris removal.

Who can attend Las Vegas Market?

Only the home furnishings, gift and design trades: retailers, buyers and designers who pre-register. There is no charge for qualified buyers or press, each buyer can add up to two guests for $50 apiece, and manufacturers or suppliers who are not exhibiting pay $50 for each approved registration.

Who exhibits at Las Vegas Market?

More than 3,500 resources in permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits: residential furniture, case goods and upholstery, lighting, rugs, home décor, gift, tabletop, gourmet, jewelry, personal care, baby and kids, stationery and handmade goods, plus vintage and found objects in Immediate Delivery.

Is Las Vegas Market worth exhibiting at?

For furniture, décor and gift brands selling to western stores and designers, it is the January market where all three categories meet, with buyers from all 50 states and 80 countries and 30% of attendees new each market, per ANDMORE. Gift-only lines aiming at the South and East often choose Atlanta Market instead.

Can you install our booth in Las Vegas?

We do, from our Las Vegas hub in the same city as World Market Center, so a First Finds booth or showroom display is staged nearby, delivered by C3 dock appointment and installed under one plan. Your Purple project manager runs the schedule from move-in to dismantle, then plans the kit for Summer Market in July.

Can we rent a booth for Las Vegas Market?

We rent First Finds upgrades and complete booths: back-wall graphics, freestanding shelving, flooring, lighting and furniture staging for B6. Freight, dock appointments, install and dismantle sit on one proposal, and the kit can move on to Atlanta or Dallas with new graphics.

Before you sign for Las Vegas Market

Ask any Las Vegas Market exhibit builder these five questions:

  1. Will the proposal show every Las Vegas Market fee, including show contractor charges?
  2. Who actually builds it for Las Vegas Market: your shop or a subcontractor?
  3. Will your project manager be on the floor at the World Market Center Las Vegas for install and dismantle?
  4. What exactly is in the rental, and what does Las Vegas Market bill?
  5. Where does the booth go after Las Vegas Market, and what does storage cost?

Common situations

Already own a booth? Bring it: we refresh the graphics, repair what is worn, ship it, install it at Las Vegas Market and store it until the next show. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to Las Vegas Market.

Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground in Las Vegas: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.

Short on time? A rental with your graphics can be ready for Las Vegas Market in two to three weeks. You will know on the first call what is realistic for your Las Vegas Market date.
