Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your NRLA LBM Expo booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the NRLA LBM Expo space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the venue
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the venue requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space, members (2026): $37 per sq ft to 200 sq ft, $34 above; $100 per corner
- Booth space, non-members (2026): $44 per sq ft to 200 sq ft, $43 above; $200 per corner
- Payment schedule (2026): 50% deposit May 21, balance July 15
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before set-up
- When NRLA opens 2027 booth applications: Apply with the 50% deposit by the points deadline so your booth is placed in Phase 1.
- About 10 weeks before set-up: Design sign-off: product vignettes, graphics and any peninsula or island schematic NRLA needs.
- 6 to 4 weeks before set-up: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; vignettes built in two-person panels.
- About 3 weeks before set-up: Crates ship to Shepard's advance warehouse; ExhibitorPro orders filed.
- Set-up days before opening: Our project manager builds; 20×20 and larger booths start on the Monday, as NRLA requires.
- Closing day, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Dismantle after the floor closes; displays go to storage or your next dealer show.
