Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your Light + Intelligent Building North America booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Central Hall, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Las Vegas Convention Center, Central Hall requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $47 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate
- Corner premium: $300 per corner, 2027
- Basic Media Plan: $195 per exhibitor, 2027
- Extra badges: $35 each beyond 3 per 100 sq ft, 2027
Key dates
- Luminary Leaders hosted-buyer applications close: October 31, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- Now to fall 2026: Book space through the organizer's online floor plan and nominate your top clients as Luminary Leaders before October 31, 2026.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off; tower and multi-story drawings go to show management at least 90 days before move-in.
- Mid-January 2027: Hanging sign and variance requests filed at least 60 days before installation; fixture schedule and dimming plan locked.
- January to February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY and our Las Vegas shop over 30 to 45 days; fixtures wired and tested on their dimmers before shipping.
- Move-in, days before March 16, 2027: Your project manager leads the Central Hall install, gets every fixture focused in the darkened sector and tests the controls network.
- March 16–18, 2027: Exhibition days; after the close we dismantle, return demo fixtures and store the booth in Las Vegas for your next show.

Checklist
- Pick your sector, Lighting, Building Technology or Accessories/Components, before choosing a booth
- Book space on the organizer's online floor plan and order corners and the Basic Media Plan
- Send us your fixture list with wattage, mounting and dimming protocol for each product
- Sign off the design by early December 2026 so tower drawings reach show management 90 days out
- File hanging sign and variance requests at least 60 days before installation
- Register booth staff, three badges per 100 square feet, and order floor covering
- Line up meetings with the Luminary Leaders you nominated
