Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, if the Luxury by JCK space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Early-order savings: Up to 30% by ordering before vendor discount dates (late April in 2026)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- Late 2026: Application to Luxury with product photos, marketing samples, references and 20 retail accounts; we prepare the presentation material.
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off: salon color and graphics, or custom booth and ballroom drawings ready for show approval.
- March 2027: Salon, showcase and ballroom orders placed and custom drawings submitted (the 2026 deadlines fell between March 9 and March 27).
- April 2027: Header wording, safes and Freeman orders filed ahead of the late-April discount dates; graphics produced in our Fishkill shop.
- Late May to June 1, 2027: Graphics and custom pieces installed under your project manager; security guards and cameras confirmed.
- June 2–7, 2027: Luxury open; we dismantle after the close and store the booth in Las Vegas for the next JCK week.

Checklist
- Gather product photos, marketing samples, reference letters and 20 retail accounts for the application
- Choose the format: turnkey salon (size and black or white), turnkey ballroom, custom booth or tabletop
- Send salon header wording and interior graphics for approval
- Order American Fixture showcases with the salon
- Book booth guards, CCTV and an in-salon safe, and your armored car company
- File the custom booth or ballroom floorplan with Luxury and the Venetian
- Reserve rooms in the Luxury block at The Venetian before it closes
- List the JCK exhibitors you need to meet and file the appointment form
