Luxury runs June 2–7, 2027 in Las Vegas, opening two days before JCK, which runs June 4–7. In 2026 the first two days, May 27 and 28, were open only to invited retailers, and JCK attendees joined from May 29. Floor hours for 2027 are not confirmed yet.

In the ballrooms of The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, connected to The Venetian Expo where JCK fills the halls. In 2026 Timepieces at Luxury & JCK used the Bellini Ballroom on Level 2. Luxury publishes a salon and ballroom map before each show.

You apply. RX sends every application to the Luxury Advisory Board, a panel of show management and third-party retail advisors, with photos and a description of the line, samples of your marketing, letters of reference and at least 20 current retail accounts. Your preferred salon size goes on the form.

The 2026 application listed salons of 10×10, 10×15, 10×20, 10×25, 10×30, 20×20 and 20×30, plus 5×5 Design booths. Turnkey private ballrooms came in 1,200 and 2,400 sq ft options, and custom exhibits and hallway tabletops are approved case by case.

Luxury publishes no rate card; pricing comes from its sales team once you are approved. Our part depends on the format: graphics and showcases inside a turnkey salon cost far less than a custom island, where Purple's 2026 planning range at 20×20 is $50,000 to $120,000. We quote a fixed price once your format is set.

Salon packages cannot be altered: the options are a turnkey salon or a turnkey ballroom, and anything else counts as a custom booth. Your company name may appear once on each side of the header, and add-ons that need Freeman drawings carry detailing fees.

Luxury is a cubic-content show: custom inline and corner booths may reach 12 ft and islands and peninsulas 20 ft, and nothing may go higher. Hanging or free-standing graphics outside your booth are banned, and every design needs show management approval before production (2026 rules).

Exhibitors may not attach or plug their own lights into the salon lighting tracks; added lights are removed and the exhibitor risks fines from Venetian Event Services. Showcase lighting comes with American Fixture cases, and other power is ordered from Freeman.

Badges are checked with photo ID, and Luxury runs bag checks, walkthrough metal and weapon detectors, CCTV and uniformed and covert guards, with zero tolerance for weapons. Exhibitors order booth guards, CCTV cameras and in-booth safes, and use Brinks, Malca-Amit or Ferrari for armored transport.

Since 2025 JCK exhibitors reach the Luxury floor only on the final Monday, unless a Luxury exhibitor gets an approved appointment form for a business meeting. JCK retailers can visit Luxury on all four JCK days. Appointments do not start before 9:30 a.m.

Luxury is a trade event for jewelry industry professionals only. The opening days are by invitation for vetted retailers, and retailers can request an invitation through the Luxury site; badges are personal and must match a photo ID at every entry.

Luxury holds a block at The Venetian Resort for booked exhibitors and invited retailers, sent by email with hosting packages; in 2026 the block closed March 15. Connections Housing books other Strip hotels, with free shuttles from the Fontainebleau, Bellagio and Resorts World.

For a high-end house that sells to the top independent jewelers, Luxury gives two days of appointments before the JCK crowds arrive, then the JCK traffic as well. A brand selling widely to mid-market stores usually does better on the main JCK floor.

Our Las Vegas hub handles both: salon graphics and showcases for Luxury, a custom booth on the JCK floor, and a suite or ballroom for client dinners. One project manager runs all three, and everything goes back into Las Vegas storage until next June.
