Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to MAGIC by Informa
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Las Vegas Convention Center requires
Key dates
- Discounted onPeak hotel rates for the Las Vegas fashion week: January 21, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- November 2026: Booth confirmed through Informa; send us the footprint, open sides, your delivery plan and the categories you are showing.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off: rail layout, form positions, lighting and graphics approved, about ten weeks before the show.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Build and graphics in our shop over 30 to 45 days; lighting tested on your own samples.
- January 21, 2027: Last day for discounted onPeak hotel rates for the Las Vegas fashion week.
- Days before February 16, 2027: Move-in at the LVCC on Informa's 2027 schedule, not confirmed yet (in 2026 move-in ran the two days before opening); your project manager runs the install and steams the rails with your team.
- February 16–18, 2027: Show days; after the close on February 18 we pack the booth for storage or your next market.

Checklist
- Send your MAGIC booth number, footprint, open sides and hall from the Informa contract
- List the deliveries and categories you will show and how many styles hang per rail
- Order mannequins, steamers and hangers from D&B Rental Displays, or ask us to build forms in
- Pick the hero look for the aisle and the photo moment for press and influencers
- Book rooms through onPeak before January 21, 2027
- Register booth staff in the Exhibitor Resource Center and send us its EAC deadline
- Decide whether the booth also travels to MAGIC New York or Nashville
