Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your MAGIC Nashville booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the MAGIC Nashville space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Music City Center requires it
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- January 2027: Booth space confirmed with Informa; we receive your booth number, footprint and the collection story for spring.
- Early March 2027: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in: racks, shelving, lighting and graphics approved.
- March to April 2027: Production in our shop over 30 to 45 days, with lighting tested on your actual product.
- Mid-April 2027: Electrical and any rigging ordered through Music City Center; freight shipped to the contractor's warehouse.
- Days before May 11, 2027: Move-in at Music City Center (exact days and hours not confirmed yet); our project manager installs with vetted local labor.
- May 11–12, 2027: Show days 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; dismantle after close Wednesday and storage for your next MAGIC market.

- Prepare line sheets with minimums and delivery dates for the table
