Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Medical Affairs Professional Society)
- Material handling / drayage, if the MAPS Americas space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for MAPS Americas
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Fontainebleau Miami Beach requires it

- Sponsored Session: $16,500 in the exhibit hall theater, 2027
- Early payment discount: 5% when paid in full within 30 days, 2027

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- Now: Join the MAPS exhibit waitlist or confirm the space you hold; send us your size and services.
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off: backdrop, table throw, counter front and lighting.
- January to February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; kit packed in rolling cases.
- February 12–19, 2027: Attendee lists released to exhibitors; pre-meeting invitations go out with your booth message.
- Move-in before the meeting: Our project manager sets up in the Sparkle Ballroom and tests lighting and screens.
- March 14–17, 2027: MAPS 2027 Americas in Miami Beach; we pack out for storage or your next medical affairs meeting.

Checklist
- Join the MAPS exhibit waitlist if you do not yet hold space
- Pay the exhibit invoice in full early to keep the 5% discount
- Plan invitations around the February 12 or 19 attendee list release
