MAPS Americas 2027Exhibitor guide: booth costs, dates and deadlines in Miami Beach

MAPS lists a 6×8 exhibit at $5,050, a 10×10 at $11,950 and a 10×20 at $20,750 for 2027, and the floor is sold out with a waitlist. A 5% discount applies when the invoice is paid in full within 30 days. Our backdrop and table kit is priced on a fixed proposal.

Exhibit spaces for 2027 are sold out, and MAPS adds companies to a waitlist through its exhibits contact. Sponsored Sessions, Roundtables and both receptions are sold out too; the prospectus still lists the Conference Mobile App and Notepad & Pens sponsorships at $12,500 and Promotional Item Distribution at $2,500.

Each exhibit includes a tabletop, two chairs, an ID sign and a waste basket, plus your logo on the MAPS website, app and onsite signage. For 2027 every package adds one conference registration: a 10×20 includes two full and two exhibit-only, and a 10×10 one full and two exhibit-only.

We rent MAPS kits built around the included table: a fabric backdrop, a branded table throw or counter front, LED lights and a tablet stand, packed in rolling cases. One proposal covers the shipping and the hours our project manager spends installing and removing it.

Companies with a 10×20 receive the opted-in attendee list on February 12, 2027, and all other exhibitors on February 19, with weekly updates of new registrants until the meeting. Registered attendees also appear in the conference app three to four weeks before.

Beyond your exhibit, MAPS sells Promotional Item Distribution near registration at $2,500, with eight available, and every item must be approved by MAPS before distribution. MAPS may limit quantities or reject items that do not fit conference guidelines.

We build MAPS backdrops on frames that also fit 10×10 and 10×20 booths at DIA Global, ISPOR or CPHI Americas with new prints. Between meetings we hold the kit in our warehouse and refresh graphics for each audience.

The MAPS 2027 Americas Annual Meeting runs March 14–17, 2027 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, with Sunday MasterClasses and the full conference Monday to Wednesday. Exhibit hall hours are not confirmed yet. The 2026 meeting ran March 22–25, 2026 in downtown Denver.

At the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, 4441 Collins Avenue. General sessions use the Glimmer Ballroom, the exhibit hall is the Sparkle Ballroom, and concurrent sessions run on the Upper Lobby Level and Fourth Floor. MAPS rooms start at $399 a night through its reservation link.

MAPS expects more than 1,800 attendees for 2027, representing over 250 biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, MedTech and solution provider organizations, which it calls its biggest medical affairs event to date. The society itself counts 18,000+ global members.

MAPS 2027 exhibit hall hours are not confirmed yet. The hall is the Sparkle Ballroom at the Fontainebleau, the Exhibit Hall Welcome Reception is held inside it, and the Sponsored Session theater sits on the same floor, so breaks and the reception bring the heaviest traffic.

MAPS Americas is worth it when your buyers sit in medical affairs: the 2027 meeting expects 1,800+ attendees from 250+ biopharma, biotech, MedTech and solution provider organizations, and exhibits sell out every year. Tabletops keep the spend modest, and the attendee list arrives weeks before the meeting.

The Medical Affairs Professional Society, a global society for medical affairs professionals with 18,000+ members and 400+ companies represented. MAPS sells exhibits and sponsorships through its own team, and 2027 is the 10th anniversary of its annual meeting.
