Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling (drayage) at the venue, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the venue requires it
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-July 2028
- Now through 2027: Request space from NMA, which set 2028 exhibit sales to begin in summer 2026; we sketch footprints for each size on offer.
- About 10 weeks before move-in (mid-July 2028): Design sign-off with every component weight, footprint and power need locked; hanging sign drawings prepared.
- July to August 2028: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with plinths load-tested for heavy parts before the booth ships.
- When the 2028 manual opens its forms: Contractor, rigging, electrical and material handling orders filed; heavy freight scheduled for its move-in window.
- Move-in days before September 26, 2028: Our project manager and vetted local labor install, set each component and run lighting and screens before the doors open.
- September 26–28, 2028: Show days with our project manager on call; after the close we dismantle and send the booth to storage or your next mining show.

Checklist
- Request MINExpo 2028 space from NMA through the Exhibitors and Partners page
- List every component you will show with weight, footprint and power need
- Pick the one cost per ton argument your booth wall will carry
- Name the export markets so we print a second language on key panels
- Plan which shows between now and 2028 will reuse the same structure
- Send logos, product photography and CAD outlines to Purple
- Assign engineers, sales and interpreters for the three show days
- Ignore any MINExpo dates other than September 26–28, 2028 when booking hotels
