Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling at the Greenville Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for MT Series SOUTHEAST
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, Bronze (100–200 sq ft): $42 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate
- Booth space, Silver (201–500 sq ft): $40 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate, crane spotting included
- Booth space, Platinum (1,201+ sq ft): $36 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate, carpet and three lead units
- Smart Manufacturing Experience: $4,200 flat per event, turnkey 100 sq ft with a Knowledge Bar slot
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early August 2027
- Early August 2027: Design sign-off: machine footprint checked against the hall ceiling and doors, power, air and demo parts set.
- August to mid-September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; guards, parts wall and graphics built and test-fit.
- Late September 2027: Crates leave for Greenville per the 2027 exhibitor kit; machine dimensions and weights go to the rigger.
- Move-in days before October 19: Machines placed by crane through the drive-in doors, booth built around them, every demo run before opening.
- October 19–21, 2027: Show days at the Greenville Convention Center with our project manager on call.
- After the October 21 close: Load-out, then the booth goes to storage or on to SOUTHWEST in Dallas 12 days later.

Checklist
- Pick a footprint knowing booths over 200 square feet get SME's handling package
- Send every machine's crated height, width and weight so we can check the doors
- Choose the automotive or aerospace part family the demo will cut
- Decide whether a hanging sign is worth it once the hall and ceiling are known
- Book flights into GSP and rooms near the convention center
- Plan the 12-day turn to SOUTHWEST in Dallas if you exhibit at both
