Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your NAPE Summit booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the NAPE Summit space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for NAPE Summit
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the George R. Brown Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Vendor booth space: $7,750 per 10×10 through Dec 11, 2026; $8,500 from Dec 12 (2027 show)
- E&P and capital provider booth: $700 per 10×10 through Dec 11, 2026; $900 from Dec 12 (2027 show)
- Student pass: $75 at check-in with valid student ID, 2027 show
- Drayage (Purple planning figure): About $95 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–2027 GRB estimate
Key dates
- NAPE preferred booth pricing ends (vendor 10×10 rises from $7,750 to $8,500): December 11, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- December 11, 2026: Last day of NAPE's preferred booth pricing; vendor 10×10s rise from $7,750 to $8,500 on December 12.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off for maps, graphics and flooring.
- January 4, 2027: Freeman advance-order discount deadline and first day the warehouse accepts freight.
- January 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop; maps printed and proofed against your final acreage files.
- February 1–3, 2027: Move-in at the GRB with our own project manager; booths ready before the Thursday opening.
- February 4–5, 2027: Exhibit hall days, then move-out from 1 p.m. Friday until noon Saturday.

Checklist
- Book before December 11, 2026 to keep NAPE's preferred booth price
- Confirm your exhibitor type on the contract: E&P, capital provider or vendor
- Send final acreage maps, play outlines and production charts for large-format printing
- Upload prospects for the Prospect Hub before January 8, 2027
- Send group housing names by November 18, 2026 and book rooms before January 20, 2027
- Buy attendee badges for booth staff; they are not included with the booth
- Order flooring, furniture and power before Freeman's January 4, 2027 discount
- Plan staff for the Friday 1 p.m. close and move-out by noon Saturday
