Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Nation's Best Sports
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the NBS Winter Sports Market space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for NBS Winter Sports Market
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Salt Palace Convention Center requires it
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late November 2026
- Now to November 2026: Set up your vendor partnership and submit your Winter Sports program to the NBS Merchandising Team; we sketch the display around the program.
- Late November 2026: Design sign-off for program boards, racks, walls and the order table.
- December 2026: Production and printing in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days.
- Early January 2027: Crates and samples ship to the destination named in NBS's market instructions.
- Move-in before January 28, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor set the booth at the Salt Palace.
- January 28–30, 2027: Market days, then pack-out and storage until the August 23–26 Fall Semi-Annual Market or your next show.
