NBS lists the Outdoor Apparel & Footwear Market on November 2 to 4, 2026 at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center in Allen, Texas, and the Fall Semi-Annual Market for fishing, camping, paddle, water sports and hunting on August 23 to 26, 2027 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. A February 2027 Spring Semi-Annual Market is also listed for Oklahoma City.

NBS vendor partners exhibit, selling through programs built with NBS. Vendors work with the NBS Merchandising Team to build a buying program with negotiated pricing, and NBS sends that program to members weeks before the market. New vendors present their products to members in an exclusive presentation format.

NBS members: more than 450 independent sporting goods retailers in North America that NBS describes as pre-screened, pre-qualified and financially sound large-volume dealers. The Winter Sports Market draws member stores that sell ski, snowboard and winter sports equipment and apparel.

NBS does not publish booth rates; booth registration runs through its market team. Our part is separate: a 10×20 program display with racks and an order table rents for $7,500 to $15,000, and graphics-only refreshes of an existing kit cost less. Everything is itemized on one fixed proposal.

Unlike an ordinary trade show, NBS calls its markets actual purchasing markets. Members come prepared to write booking orders during the market at the pre-approved program pricing you submitted, so vendors should staff for order writing and bring full sample lines.

The Salt Palace Convention Center is at 100 South West Temple in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. NBS holds the 2027 Winter Sports Market there; its fall market moves to the Oklahoma City Convention Center and its apparel and footwear market to Allen, Texas.

We rent complete NBS market kits: fabric backwalls with program graphics, ski and snowboard racks, hang rail for outerwear, a lit order table and flooring. Freight, setup and pack-out are priced together, and the kit can be stored for the Fall Semi-Annual Market in Oklahoma City.
