Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your New York Build Expo booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the New York Build Expo space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Javits Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Javits Center requires
Published rates:
- Drayage planning estimate: About $195 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–2027 (Purple estimate)
- Late or uncrated freight: 25 to 35 percent surcharges, 2026–2027 (Purple estimate)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- Now to November 2026: Request the sales brochure and floorplan from Oliver Kinross and reserve your Hall 3B space.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: samples, project wall and any hanging sign approved.
- Late December 2026 to early February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; booth weighed and crated for Javits handling.
- Early February 2027: EES orders, Javits electrical and labor placed; freight booked to the advance warehouse or a marshaling slot.
- Move-in days before March 2, 2027: Our project manager supervises the union crew in Hall 3B; graphics and samples set.
- March 2–3, 2027: Show days; we dismantle after 4 p.m. Wednesday and truck the booth back to Fishkill for storage.
