Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your NFMT booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Baltimore Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for NFMT
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Baltimore Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $47 per sq ft early, $48 after August 31, 2026 show
- Drayage: About $140 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple 2026–2027 planning
- Platinum sponsorship: $21,800 including a 20×20 booth, 2025
- Diamond sponsorship: $35,500 including a 20×30 booth, 2025
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- November–December 2026: Book space with NFMT's exhibit sales team and request the 2027 floor plan.
- Mid-January 2027: Design sign-off, with booth graphics written around one maintenance or energy claim.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; we file the outside-contractor request with crew names and insurance.
- Early March 2027: Crates ship to the official service contractor's warehouse per the 2027 exhibitor manual.
- Days before March 31, 2027: Move-in with our project manager and union labor at the Baltimore Convention Center.
- March 31–April 2, 2027: Expo Hall days, then dismantle after the 1:30 p.m. close on Friday.

Checklist
- Request the NFMT East 2027 prospectus and floor plan from your account manager
- Decide whether to add NFMT West in Las Vegas to the same booth plan
- Pick one maintenance, energy or downtime number for the backwall
- Sign off the design by mid-January 2027
- Send us the exhibitor manual so we file the outside-contractor request
- Order carpet or approved flooring for the whole booth
- Invite customers on free All Access passes
- Book rooms through NFMT's Passkey hotel link
