Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to North American Society for Trenchless Technology
- Material handling at the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center (listed by NASTT as the Raleigh Convention Center), when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center (listed by NASTT as the Raleigh Convention Center)
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the NASTT No-Dig Show venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, corporate member: $2,750 inline, $2,950 corner or island per 10×10, 2027
- Booth space, non-member: $4,500 inline, $4,700 corner or island per 10×10, 2027
- Host hotel: Raleigh Marriott City Center from $269 per night, 2027
- Deposit: 50% non-refundable with contract; balance due Dec 1, 2026
Key dates
- Booth balance due; last day for a 50% cancellation refund: December 1, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- December 1, 2026: NASTT booth balance due; unpaid space is released and cancellations get no refund after this date.
- Mid-January 2027: Design sign-off; rig weights and dimensions to the show contractor for floor placement.
- January 31, 2027: NASTT membership must be paid through March 2027 for member booth rates to apply.
- February 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; hotel discounts end February 19 and 26.
- Days before March 22, 2027: Move-in at the convention center; 2027 move-in times not confirmed yet. Our project manager sets every unit.
- March 22–24, 2027: Exhibit hall days, closing at noon Wednesday; dismantle and freight home or on to The Utility Expo season.

Checklist
- Book your 10×10 units on NASTT's 2027 floor plan and send us the booth numbers
- Pay the booth balance by December 1, 2026
- Renew NASTT membership through March 2027 by January 31, 2027 for member rates
- List each rig, head or reamer with dimensions, weight and crate size
- Choose the case study and bore path or liner section the booth will show
- Book the Raleigh Marriott City Center by February 19 or Tempo by February 26
- Schedule staff around the session breaks when the hall opens
- Plan the next stop: Underground Infrastructure Conference, The Utility Expo or Reno 2028
