Bores, bursts and liners: No-Dig Show 2027 booths in Raleigh

We build No-Dig booths where a municipal engineer can see the bore path, the liner wall and the reamer that made it, and a contractor can talk production rates over the tooling. In Raleigh the hall opens in short blocks between technical sessions, so we design for crowds that arrive all at once.

  • Mar 21–25, 2027 · Raleigh
  • Hall open Mar 22–24
  • 10×10 from $2,750

What makes NASTT No-Dig Show different, and how we build for it

NASTT calls the No-Dig Show the largest trenchless technology conference in the world, and the program shows why owners come: seven tracks of committee-selected technical papers, Introduction to Trenchless Technology courses, and NASTT's Good Practices Courses in HDD, CIPP, pipe bursting, new installation methods and direct steerable pipe thrusting. The exhibit hall opens in blocks around those sessions, from Monday's ribbon cutting and Trenchless Research Competition to the Underground Mixer and Wednesday brunch. For 2027 the show comes to Raleigh, after Palm Springs in 2026. Engineers here judge a method by its evidence, so your booth must show how the pipe went in and how it performed.

Municipal and utility engineers

Case data on a rehabilitated or newly bored line, standards and design life in writing, and someone who can explain how the method fits a public bid.

Trenchless contractors and crews

Rigs, reamers, bursting heads and lining equipment they can inspect closely, production numbers from real jobs, and a straight talk about service and parts.

Consultants and researchers

Technical depth that matches the paper sessions upstairs, a quiet table for a design question, and material they can cite in a feasibility report.

Your team in Raleigh

Two shops and one project manager for NASTT No-Dig Show

We fabricate in our own Fishkill, NY shop and our Las Vegas hub, then ship to the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center (listed by NASTT as the Raleigh Convention Center), where our own project manager leads the install with vetted local labor. Every NASTT No-Dig Show build runs a predictable 30 to 45 days and gets a pre-show QA, with secure storage after.

When your team gets to Raleigh, the booth is lit and stocked. You just show up.

New at NASTT No-Dig Show 2027

  1. The show moves from Palm Springs to Raleigh

After Palm Springs in 2026, NASTT brings the 2027 show to Raleigh, with exhibits in Exhibit Hall BC and hotel blocks at the Raleigh Marriott City Center and the Tempo by Hilton. For West Coast exhibitors that means East Coast freight and a new set of venue dock and labor arrangements. source

Rules that shape your booth

Space sold in 10×10 units

NASTT prices 2027 booths per 10×10, inline or corner and island, with three rates: corporate member, individual member and non-member. We design in 10-foot modules so a booth grows from 10×20 to an island without new structure.

Organizer rule

One member discount per company

Each NASTT member company gets one discounted booth per show, the discount cannot be shared, and membership must be paid through March 2027 by January 31, 2027 (2027 terms). We remind clients before that date so the rate holds.

Organizer rule

Inline booths get a 10-foot drape

Inline space comes with a 10-foot back drape, 3-foot side drapes and a 7-by-14-inch ID sign at the rear (2027). Our back walls sit just forward of that 10-foot drape, and we keep NASTT's ID sign in view.

Organizer rule

Balance by December 1 or lose the space

A 50% non-refundable deposit comes with the signed contract, the balance is due December 1, 2026, and unpaid booths are released; the same fees apply to reducing space (2027 terms). We size the booth before that date so you do not pay for units you drop.

04 Designing for HDD, pipe bursting, CIPP lining, microtunneling, inspection and pipe product companies at NASTT No-Dig Show

Four things we get right for NASTT No-Dig Show exhibitors

Ends of stacked rusty steel pipes filling the frame1

Design for the session break rush

No-Dig's exhibit hall opens in blocks, such as Monday noon to 2:30 and 4 to 6:30, timed around seven tracks of technical papers. Hundreds of engineers arrive together, so we give your booth two open faces, a fast scan point and a staffed demo that runs in five-minute loops.

Worker welding a long steel pipe beside a trench on a sunny site2

Show the bore path, not just the rig

Owners buy the result underground. We print the bore profile or the rehabilitated line at scale along the back wall, under the drill head, bursting head or liner sample that did the work, so the method and the outcome read together.

Worker in a hard hat looking out from the cutter head of a tunnel boring machine3

Match the paper sessions

Many No-Dig visitors walk in straight from a paper session on your method. If your team presented, we print the paper's key figure on a booth panel and stock reprints, so the conversation carries straight from Room 303 to the hall.

Engineer with a radio standing inside the yellow and red frame of a tunnel boring machine4

Heavy tooling needs a freight plan

The venue offers 10 covered loading docks and ramps for direct hall access. We crate reamers and heads on skids, schedule the dock slot with the show contractor and lay floor protection before a drill rolls onto the Exhibit Hall BC floor.

Logistics for NASTT No-Dig Show 2027, handled

The No-Dig exhibit hall is Exhibit Hall BC at Raleigh's convention center, now named the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center, whose 150,000-square-foot hall divides into three and holds up to 790 10×10 booths. Freight comes in through 10 covered docks, with ramps straight into the hall. NASTT runs its own hotel blocks at the Raleigh Marriott City Center and the Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown. The organizer has not posted the 2027 contractor or move-in schedule yet, so we hold freight targets until the kit arrives, then ship to the advance warehouse and send our project manager to lead the install with vetted local labor.

NASTT No-Dig Show exhibitor questions

Questions exhibitors ask us before NASTT No-Dig Show

When is the NASTT No-Dig Show 2027?

The 2027 No-Dig Show runs March 21–25, 2027 in Raleigh, North Carolina. The exhibit hall is open March 22–24: Monday noon to 2:30 and 4 to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday 11 a.m. to 1:30 and 3 to 5 p.m., and Wednesday 9 a.m. to noon.

Where is the No-Dig Show 2027 held?

NASTT lists the Raleigh Convention Center, known today as the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center, on South Salisbury Street downtown. The exhibits are in Exhibit Hall BC and the General Session in Ballroom BC. The 2026 show was in Palm Springs, California.

How much does a booth at the No-Dig Show cost?

NASTT prices 2027 space per 10×10: $2,750 inline or $2,950 corner or island for corporate members, $4,200 or $4,500 for individual members, and $4,500 or $4,700 for non-members. Building a 10×20 rental booth with us adds $7,500 to $15,000, installed.

How many people attend the No-Dig Show?

NASTT says that on average 2,400 industry professionals attend the No-Dig Show and more than 200 companies exhibit their trenchless products and services. Attendees include government and utility owners, public works staff, contractors, consultants, manufacturers and academics.

Who exhibits at the No-Dig Show?

Makers of HDD rigs and guidance, pipe bursting, CIPP and spray lining, microtunneling and inspection systems, plus pipe producers, engineering firms and contractors. The 2027 list includes Herrenknecht Tunnelling Systems, Vermeer Corporation, TT Technologies, SEKISUI SPR Americas, Michels and the Plastics Pipe Institute.

What is included with a No-Dig booth?

Each 10×10 includes a 10-foot back drape and 3-foot side drapes for inline space, a 7-by-14-inch ID sign, two full conference passes and two exhibit-hall-only passes, free hall passes for your customers, listings on the website, app and floor plan, and 24-hour security.

What is the payment deadline for No-Dig 2027 booths?

Half the booth price is due as a non-refundable deposit when you sign, and the rest by December 1, 2026. NASTT releases any space still unpaid then, contracts signed later are paid at once, and a fully paid exhibitor cancelling before December 1 recovers half.

How do we get the NASTT member booth rate?

Corporate and individual members qualify when their NASTT membership is paid through March 2027 by January 31, 2027, and corporate members must be current when they book. Each member company gets one discounted booth per show, and the discount cannot be shared with another company.

Can attendees earn PDH credits at the No-Dig Show?

NASTT awards CEUs and PDHs with Louisiana Tech University: at the 2026 show, attending all three days of track sessions earned up to 8.75 PDHs. Attendees scan their badges in and out of each session, so we plan your staffing around the breaks when the hall opens.

Where should we stay for the No-Dig Show 2027?

NASTT runs its own blocks at the Raleigh Marriott City Center from $269, booked by February 19, 2027, and the Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown from $239, booked by February 26, 2027. Free cancellation ends February 1; NASTT uses no outside booking vendor.

Can we rent a booth for the No-Dig Show?

We rent frames, counters, tooling racks and lighting with your graphics, sized in 10×10 units to match how NASTT sells space. For trenchless firms the smart split is a rented frame plus an owned cut pipe section or bore-path graphic that travels to every event.

Where is the No-Dig Show after 2027?

NASTT has set the 2028 show for March 26–30, 2028 at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, the 2029 show for March 25–29 at the Savannah Convention Center, and the 2030 show for April in Cleveland. A modular booth can follow that route with new graphics each year.

Can we reuse our No-Dig booth at other trenchless shows?

The same modules work at the Underground Infrastructure Conference in January, The Utility Expo and WWETT. Between events the kit sits in our storage; before each one we reprint the panels for that crowd and send everything to the advance warehouse on time.
